DON’T DO IT!
The place looks good but nothing works. I didn't have a single good night of sleep there.
One bathroom has mold and the floor slabs are falling apart. The toilet seat is loose.
The second bedroom with the sofa bed gets really hot, has no A/C just one difficult to reach window. You can hear everything the neighbors say (they have a toddler that cries a lot).
The main bedroom has a very unsafe spiral staircase. It has an AC unit that doesn’t work. Just like others, we opened the windows and got mosquitoes in. I didn’t think the AC was going to be necessary when we booked since the weather was supposed to be manageable during the night. It was about 22 Celsius outside but the room is an oven since it’s sitting at the top of the building. I texted the number they gave, they send someone to fix it but when we got back at night it was still not working.
They have 4 portable tower fans but only one really works.
We tried doing our laundry and the washing machine started making a horrible noise so we just stopped it and had to rinse and hang our clothes to dry in the bathroom.
This is the problem with this management agencies just making money from tourists in a place they never test themselves and don’t really care about hospitality. I’m sticking to hotels from now on.
