    A recently renovated historic villa

    Located in recently renovated historic villa, along with 4 additional modern apartments, just outside the city centre of Florence in a tranquil residential area. Giglio Verde includes a spacious and luminous kitchen with a small enclosed outdoor space, a large bedroom with a double bed, two foldaway bunk beds, and a beautiful full bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but there is the possibility to book other apartments in the same building to house larger groups. The apartment is about 20 minute walking to the central train station and many monuments. Among its comforts there are Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating.

    This house is located in via Vittorio Emanuele II, near the spectacular Giardino dell'Orticultura, just outside the historical city centre. The position is ideal for those travelling by car as it is outside of the limited traffic zone. The area is tranquil, without traffic, privides easy access to the main monuments, such as the Duomo or the Galleria dell'Accademia, by foot, in less than twenty minutes. In the vicinity guests will find the Giardino dell'Orticultura with its unique greenhouse, and the Stibbert Museum, an impressive collection of weapons, armor and much more. The apartment is also near to the Fortezza da Basso, where many events and festivals as Pitti Uomo, one of the most important dates in the fashion world, are organized.

Just as good as it looks on the website.

I thought the website was too good to be true. I was wrong. Fabulous stay for the price range, absolutely no complaints. 30 min away from the city centre but the neighbourhood is very nice and is next to a nice park. Could not recommend any higher. Thank you very much, it made the holiday.

The communication prior to the check in was good. We had a late check in and paid a fee which was understandable. The apartment was exactly as listed and matched with the pictures. I only had one concern which was the blinds there was no control or way of bringing them down. I did chat with the office via WhatsApp but the last message was me letting them know I did not find the control to the blinds and was left on read, issue was not fixed. The bathroom mirror was missing the lightbulb. The property overall was good and the washing maching was a plus.
