Piccolo ma accogliente Monolocale collocato nel centro di Firenze, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale Santa Maria Novella.
L'appartamento è collocato all'interno di un palazzo storico, infatti il locale stesso risale al 1300, come si denota dalle decorazioni presenti sul soffitto.
Oltre alla camera da letto ed al salotto, sono presenti un bagno, previsto di ogni confort, ed una cucina attrezzata nel caso si volesse cucinare in casa.
Posto al primo piano senza ascensore, situato dentro un corridoio anch'esso di proprietà per garantire massima privacy ed accoglienza.

Small but cozy flat located in the center of Florence, 5 minutes walk from the main Santa Maria Novella station.
The apartment is located inside a historic building, in fact the flat itself dates back to the 1300s, as can be seen from the decorations on the ceiling.
Located on the first floor without a lift, located inside a corridor also owned to ensure maximum privacy and hospitality.
In the street of the apartment there are shops for the purchase of food and basic necessities, but also bars, trattorias, a left-luggage office for any eventuality and a laundromat exactly 3 minutes away.
The competitive position allows you to easily get around the center by walking, without having to resort to the use of vehicles or public transport.

Let’s start with the positives, the location is excellent and so close to the train station and within walking distance of everything.Unfortunately the apartment is very noisy, despite being on what appears to be a small narrow road, the traffic noise and voices of people simply walking down the street make it sound like they are in the apartment! This carries on till very late into the evening / night making it difficult to sleep. The bed was fairly comfortable but the staircase is horrendous, impossible to go to the loo (downstairs) at night without waking anyone else. The staircase is very narrow and very very squeaky. We didn’t bother trying to get cases to the bedroom just left them on the floor of the lower level.The price was quite competitive and now we know the reason why. Unfortunately we were unable to cook breakfast which we had bought because the hob would not work without matches and none were left for us so we decided to just go out for breakfast instead.Communication with the host was good and fairly responsive.All in all we would not stay in this apartment again.

Lovely little apartment just a few minutes from the train station. I have stayed in Carlottas apartments before and always have a great stay. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay with a great kitchen for preparing meals if you don't fancy going out. cleanliness is very good. A lively area only minutes away from the main sites. Thank you Carlotta for another great stay

The location is very central, which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated. However, some of the dishes were not properly cleaned, which was unpleasant. The main issue is the noise level. You can hear almost everything from the street, including conversations. More problematic is that the bedroom is separated from another rental room only by a glass partition, so voices and other noises carry through very clearly. In addition, noise from the hallway is very noticeable — whenever someone returns, you can hear doors slamming, and if guests come back late at night, it is likely to wake you up. The apartment is also located above a luggage store, so early in the morning you hear people moving their trolleys. Due to poor insulation, these sounds are particularly loud and disruptive. Another issue was the Wi-Fi. The password provided by the host was incorrect, so we initially had no internet access. We eventually managed to connect by accessing the router in the hallway and scanning the QR code, which led us to a different network than the one communicated by the host. Finally, the “double bed” is simply two single beds pushed together, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

Couldn't work out if the stairs were squeeky or my knees. However, it turned out to be the stairs. The keys are challenging. Cute spot to stay, but can be noisy. Florence is amazing. My favourite city in the world.

Located close to the train station, and within walking distance to all the tourist spots in Florence. The wifi was very glitchy and we had to call to get it reset. The stairs up to the bedroom need fixing as one spindle is not attached. They are very creaky and feel unsafe, but I believe they are ok. The stairs are very narrow making it near impossible to carry luggage to the bedroom. Overall, ok but not great.

Eine richtig gute Ferienwohnung Nähe Bahnhof und Zentrum

Super.() Alles zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden, um zum Kochen, usw.() Schnelle Kommunikation, allerdings war der Schlüsselcode oben und nicht an der äußeren Haustür wie das Foto zeigte( dort abgebaut). Unten gibt's keine Schlüsselfächer mehr, erst im 1. Stock.() Der Kühlschrank funktionierte gut, sogar schnelles Frieren im Eisfach möglich, was dabei half die Hitze zu ertragen, um Eiswürfel herzustellen. () Pfeffer und Salz waren vorhanden, sogar heiles Geschirr. Jemand hatte Instantkaffee da gelassen, das passte.() Sehr gute Matratzen und preiswerter Markt, statt überteuerter Carrefour Express, namens Conad etwas 200 m entfernt. () Der Kofferhändler unten war passend an Stelle, weil wir einen neuen brauchten.() Trotz draussen reger Umgebung konnte man gut schlafen.(-) Die Müllentsorgung ist eigentlich Teil der Endreinigung, wir haben aber die Stellen draußen gefunden, nur für Glas usw. Gerne auch Tüten bereitstellen(-) Die Wendeltreppe müsste gemacht werden: sie knirscht, es gibt einen losen Streben, man hat Angst, dass sie bricht, und sie müsste besser verankert werden, an allen Seiten, auch zum Geländer oben hin, sie ist ein wenig eng beim Gehen, besser wäre schräge Treppe entlang der Wand.

Great Stay in Florence

My wife and I loved this property. Great location, definitely spacious enough for both of us, and quite clean as well. The spiral staircase, while fun, is a little bit awkward to navigate at times, and the noise from outside is noticeable at times during the night, but that’s to be expected in a downtown location! We loved our stay, and would definitely stay there again if we make our way back to Florence!

Relaxed and cultured stay in Florence

Getting from the airport to the apartment was a simple journey. The apartment is less than a 5min walk from the station. Entry to the apartment was easy thanks to the hosts detailed instructions, received in advance. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with hot water always available, unlike other places ive stayed. Location wise, it is ideally located without the expense of being right in the heart of everything. All the attractions are easily walked from here. We covered most of them in 35deg.C heat. The apartment airconditioning worked faultlessly. The bed was very comfortable, providing a good nights sleep however, it is two large singles pushed together so, a bit of a dip, if cwtching. Without second thought, I would go back to this apartment.

Great location.  Right by the train station and an easy walk to the 1st tour we took in the center. It was a bit confusing at first to get in because of the different doors, but we figured it out quickly. The place itself was fine and fit the two of us OK. I don't know if it would work for someone staying much longer than we did because it was kind of small.  The bathroom was small. Overall, great location, great price, you just get what you pay for in terms of size and ease of access.

The apartment was okay, the bed was upstairs and the spiral staircase was very small, a tall or large person would not fit in it, also it felt very unsafe, when we went up, it creaked as if it were going to break, one of the bars was loose and kept moving, we had to hold on to the poll in the center to go up or down. They also have a sign on the door that says you have to leave the kitchen clean and take out the trash before leaving, you have to walk a block to get to the trash container, my question is, if we pay a cleaning fee, do we have to do that?
