Clean apartment in a good location but expensive. Poor light, dated furnishings and some concerning visible black mould. Not the best appointed kitchen but livable for a short stay.

Great location

Pros: Great location could be the best ever. Cons: There was little or no communication with the property owner. 2. No walk in sheet to say what to do, where to call, where to turn on heat, in general the staff of Sweet-Stays where non existence.

Fall visot in Florence

When we arrived the cleaning person had arrived 5 minutes before we did. He was scrambling to get the property cleaned. It was a bit chaotic. Trevor ambassador met us upon on arrival and checking-in was fine. She gave us a number of area suggestions of places to go, restaurants and markets, it would have been nice to have all that written down or on a web-site. The biggest complaint was the pull out bed. It would not lay flat. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The. Botttom portion . Was raised about a 30 degree angle.

What a fabulous location in the most beautiful city! Cool décor & comfortable. Nice big shower, not the norm in Italy, with good pressure. A stones throw from the centre with cool local bars near by! STAY HERE!
