不满意：清洁度
Only positive about this place is the location. The apartment is not well maintained or clean. Big permanent stains all over the couch and dining chairs. Floors so dirty we had to make sure we wore socks. Door handles falling off when trying to open them. Handheld shower head did not work. Bidet broken. Dishwasher broken and not useable. Kettle did not work. In previous reviews they were told the door handles come off and their response was they would have fixed it if they knew. Not true. Still broken. We messaged them about the broken dishwasher and they never responded. Only one air conditioner remote works. There were holes in the towels, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the beds felt like concrete. I have pictures of all of these issues.Be wary of the “all fees included” in their description. Again not true. You pay 6 euro per person per night when arrive for city tax. Because they say “no hidden fees” on their listing description, we justifiably assumed this would include the city tax. Deceptive.Also be aware of many stairs to the apartment. Challenging with heavy suitcases. The person checking us in was friendly but her supervisor who was called was not! Additionally, we had the following guests trying to get into the apartment over an hour BEFORE our 10 am check-out because the hosts told them they could drop their suitcases off. They are more interested in a quick turnover than properly maintaining this apartment. My advice…find better!
