The apartment is located within the Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

One-bedroom apartment in antique style on two levels (68 sq.mt / 731 sq.ft). It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is accessed by entering the living room, on which the loft upstairs overlooks, which is equipped with two sofas and a dining room. From the living room you reach the kitchen (well equipped and functional) while on the opposite side of the living room there is the bathroom (with bathtub) and the bedroom (double bed - mattress width 160cm); all this is inserted in a medieval and very unique atmosphere. This spectacular apartment can accommodate up to 4 people as it is equipped with two single beds on the loft (both 90cm wide). Finally there is a small terrace, with access from the loft, where you can spend a pleasant afternoon watching a beautiful sunset in Florence. From this terrace it is also possible to see the Atheneum music university.
