Cozy Work Friendly Condo in Florence

Nicely furnished 1 bd 1 bath condo 2 minutes away from I-95 and nearby shopping center, mall, and restaurants on Palmetto St. There is a 24/7 hr gym that you are able to use with guest pass or planet fitness 8 minutes away. The condo is in walking distance to Food Lion grocery store and in a central location in Florence, SC. External cameras are located on property but no inside cameras. There is an extra room in home that is locked and used by our cleaners once guest checks out

Everything was great,the rooms were clean there was a problem with knats and a there was a roach in the kitchen 😳 but overall the place was nice travis was kind i didn't really want to mention these,but i believe you can't fix a problem if you don't know about it again i really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at this property for 2 months during the summer. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean. It is close to shopping, entertainment, and numerous restaurants. The property owner is top-notch - very accommodating and prompt when responding to messages. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be where I'll stay!

Quick Visit w/my FMU Student

Great location with easy/quick access to the highway, downtown and shopping. Unit is spacious and nicely furnished with ample parking. Did not hear noise from other units. Owner/Property Manager responds quickly to inquiries and is very helpful. Great choice for business or leisure travel!!
