Perfect stay in Florence

The apartment is very clean and perfect for people who like being slightly outside the main tourist area. The apartment is close to many great bars and restaurants and is a quick 15 min walk to main tourist attractions. I recommend to anyone as it’s spacious and bright. If returning to Florence, I will re book

Chic one bedroom in historic, mellow San Niccolo neighborhood in Florence

We loved walking this neighborhood with excellent restaurants and shops with the iconic Piazza Michelangelo steps away.

Nice area - apt needs work

AC is quite weak for a top floor apartment. Loud bar across the river so couldn’t really open windows to compensate

Amazing

We had a fabulous time in Florence staying at Leonardo's apartment. The apartment is great, on the opposite side of the river to the city centre but it's just a 15 minute walk and you are in the heart of Florence. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you could need as well as a beautiful view. The location was great for us in a nice and quiet neighbourhood away from the noise of the city centre but with some great restaurants and bars near by. Check in was really straightforward and communication with Leonardo was very good, he was prompt to answer any questions. He was also kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment on our check out day so we could have a final few hours sightseeing before having to leave for the airport. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return someday.

L'appartement est très bien : bien situé car il donne une belle vision de la ville située en face, en quelques minutes, on traverse l'Arno et les merveilles florentines s'étalent à perte de vue. Suffisamment à l'écart pour profiter de nuit calme, cet appartement est cosy, fonctionnel, parfait...je recommande et remercie encore Leonardo, Elisabetta pour leur sympathique accueil. au plein et bel été à tous...

Great Location

We enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed at Leonardo's in Florence. Super convenient and easy to access by car but be sure to check parking regulations and park in an appropriate spot (we did not). The apartment was clean and comfortable and a comfortable walking distance (15-20 min) from central Florence. The fact that is on the other side of the river from the center made it especially nice to come home to each day as it allowed us to escape the mass crowds of tourists downtown. Lots to check out on this side of the river as well - had some great meals and a fun night at the Speakeasy down the street.
