Very quaint place. Never saw the staff until the last day. Check in directions were fantastic. Had a great stay. One day no hot water, but she got it fixed right away.

Love the location, very convenient and easy to locate from the train station. We also like that it's very spacious. Lots of restaurants to choose nearby, Eataly is right across. We will definitely be booking Firenze rooms again if we're back in Florence. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The room was nice and comfortable, my only complaint was the bathroom, no shelves, no towel rack, no where to put your toiletries, also we never saw the girl at the front desk, our keys were on the desk but never saw anybody

Overall the stay was nice. The stairs were hard to navigate with heavy luggage. The Wi-Fi would not stay on and the water pressure was very low. It was clean and a great size. The location was amazing! I would stay again but in an upgraded suite.

Amazingly located! Simple accommodations. Kind helpful staff. This isn’t a traditional hotel, in the sense that there isn’t always staff at the front desk. You need to carry your bags up the stairs, there isn’t an elevator and the hotel is on the second floor. The car can’t pull up right in front out it’s a short walk.

The staff was helpful with arranging luggage storage and taxi. The property is definitely older and hence there was a little bit of a smell in the washroom. But overall, pretty good. The room was clean and extremely close to all attractions. Just remember there are no elevator you will need to take the luggage up the stairs.

Very modern updated rooms located in the heart of duomo. Central to everything in the tourist area. So many restaurants to choose, even a few Michelin star and Michelin guide restaurants. The area was constantly busy, and the room (although in a busy area) was quiet as a mouse which was nice. 20 minute walk from train terminal. Very lively area, safe, and clean. Room itself was very clean. Alsthougg no front desk 24/7 you access the place through code entry ( 2 sets). I would highly recommend this place for its location.

Perfect center city location. Walk-able to everything Florence. Just a few too many steps and really no window (I like sunlight)-- sorta felt like I was in the attic. The window looked out to an overhang that was very dark and dirty. However, I only need to sleep in the place so it worked out. Overall, great location, clean, and good bed. I would stay again if needed.

I do not usually put on bad reviews but as a clean freak I do feel the responsibility to advice people who, as me, see cleanliness as a must. It was very dirty. Location was very, very convenient so if you don’t mind the lack of cleanliness its a good option. Also, we left the luggage for half the day having done in the morning the room check out and when we came to pick the luggage to leave Florence the front desk lady did not allow us to use any restroom before leaving. That also seem very rude.
