The apartment is set within an elegant historic Florentine building in a spacious location. The apartment has two large double bedrooms with twin beds and can accomodate up to 4 guests. It has a bathroom with shower, a dining area with an equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, oven, utensils and dishes. Wifi connection and washing machine available. The apartment is on the first floor, in a building with no elevator, 38 steps to walk.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
