Great location

The location is amazing, and the apartment is minimalistic and very clean. However, the temperature inside was around 28C (82F) when we arrived, and it remained that way through the night, making it quite uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. When we contacted the host about the A/C, we were made to feel uncomfortable for even asking. We later realized that she had control over the A/C units, which added to our frustration.I still recommend the place for its style and location, but I’d likely consider other options next time.

An excellent find in a great location

Stayed here for 3 days. It was very clean and cozy. Located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of sites. The host was very easy to reach and we had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again! 5 stars.

Paola's apartment was clean, bright and charming. We loved the corner it was on! There were restaurants, a coffee shop, gelato shops, some shopping and it was within walking distance to grocery stores and most important, cultural attractions!

Ideal für einen Städtetrip

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für einen Städtetrip. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomien. Damit kann man das Auto auf einem etwas entfernten Parkplatz die ganze Zeit stehen lassen. Lediglich die fröhlichen und lauten Gespräche der Menschen in der Trattoria unter dem Fenster muss man in der Nacht aushalten können. Deshalb für den Schlaf Ohrschützer mitbringen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything!

Very nice Florence neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our Firenze appartement. It was comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful. The neighbourhood is lively and full of restaurants. It can be a bit noisy at night but becomes quiet when the restaurants close. It is very close to a bridge that crosses over the Arno to all the great sights Florence has to offer. It is also close to a bus route. Paola was very nice, responsive and easy to reach. We recommend this apartment. Joanne from Canada.

O apartes fica muito bem localizado, perto da Piazza Michelangelo. Great neighborhood

The other side of the Arno is still mostly locals so never packed. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops in the two block area. The access to buses is great as well as access to all the ‘tourist’ spots.

Bien mais aurais pu être mieux

La propriété est telle que décrite et il y a beaucoup de commerces autour, pratique. Les commerces apportent aussi du bruit tard le soir. La communication avec l'hôte était plus ou moins facile, en passant vous faite affaire avec une agence et non pas un particulier (happyflorence.com). Les lits sont très confortables et le tout Florence est à 20 minutes de marche. N'oubliez pas qu'il y a des frais de 5,50 Euros par personne par jour qui s'ajoute à votre facture. Bon séjour la ville est magnifique.

In the heart of Florence

Great location with many eating options right outside. Close walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and a block away from the river with fantastic views. Everything was walkable and easy to get to from the apartment; there are many great eating options less than a block away. The apartment bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were easy to use; everything worked well and it was nice coming back to a comfortable apartment. Uffizzi was easy to walk to as well as other museum locations. The apartment is in a ZTL location but parking is not, as the property manager for more details; really appreciate the property management communication. Great stay.
