L'OZioRinco - Floor 1

The apartment has been completely renovated maintaining a rustic style typical of the era to which the structure dates back.
At the entrance you will find a spacious garden to cross to reach the entrance door to the apartment which is located on the first floor.
The apartment is 120sqm large, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The space of each room is large, in order to guarantee maximum comfort.
In all the rooms there are large windows that give light to the apartment.
The beds, bathrooms and kitchen are new, ensuring maximum quality and cleanliness.
One bathroom has a shower, the other with a relaxing bath tub.
The bedroom windows overlook the garden and a very green and silent street.
Each window has a mosquito net.
The area is quiet but not far from shops, bakeries, bars and more.
The house is 13 minutes walk from Florence airport and only 5 minutes walk from the bus stops leading to the center.

This is a lovely property; we were completely satisfied with the experience. The apartment is very clean, everything works, it is well-furnished, and the kitchen is well-equiped. The apartment is very spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet. The south side of the property connects to a beautiful walking path. There is close access to busses going downtown, to supermarkets, and restaurants. The hosts are attentive and gracious. We would stay there again.

By far and away the absolute best long term rental ever. Apt is amazing, extremely clean, well furnished with everything you could possibly need. While the apt has been updated beautifully it still maintains the historic charm of days of old. It is the perfect balance. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of restaurants,grocery stores, coffee and bakery shops within a 5-10 minute walk and of course the nearby bus stop. I don't have enough kind words for our amazing host Laura. She made us feel so welcome and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always available to answer questions or make recommendations. She is the host extraordinaire, beautiful, charming and so much fun and full of life. We just fell in love with her. We also had the pleasure of meeting her mom and dad who are just the loveliest people you could ever want to meet and were so helpful showing us how everything worked on that first day. The outdoor space is just so beautiful and relaxing. We would come back after a long hot day of touring and just enjoy the quiet with some snacks and good Italian wine! It was the best vacation stay ever. Thank you so much Laura for making it possible.

Wonderful week

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whilst the location is a bit further out of town the size of the property and rustic feel more than made up for it. We taxi’d in and out of town every day to experience the cultural center of Florence and escaped at the end of the day to the calm and serenity of the house. Would definitely stay again and the hostess was one of the best I’ve experienced in all my travels, more than accommodating and ensured our stay was awesome. thanks again

Great Apartment

I loved staying at this property! The hosts are so nice- always willing to help and easy to reach. The apartment itself is great- lots of space and new updated kitchen and bathrooms. It’s very private and in a nice neighborhood just outside the city center. It’s easy to get into town using a nearby bus stop (about a 5 minute walk and 20 minute bus ride). Also located near a laundromat and 2 grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Florence

Nice appartment 15mins aways from Peretola airport and Tram #2 for easy access to city center (40mins commute total), Appartment close to nice restaurants and grocery store. Our 6weeks stay was great, the appartment was clean and spacious. All commodities were in great working order. Easy communication with owner - highly recommended!

Florence

Florence was the last leg of our trip. We stayed for 7 days - with our 3 kids ages 6-13 and we all loved the property. First of all, Laura is truly amazing. We had stayed at a few homes on our trip - and she outshines any host we’ve ever met. The house is beautiful - large and clean. Also, we felt very safe in the property. Kitchen had all the necessities - and everything inside the cabinets were in perfect condition. Bus stop is 5 min walk away and you’d have two take 2 buses to get to the center of Florence (about 30 minutes). Laundry mat was also 5 minutes away. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Great extended stay rental

We spent two months, visiting Florence and taking day-trips to Sienna, San Gimignano, and Lucca. This apartment provided a great base. Not too far from town with multiple bus alternatives. Not too far from the Rifredi train station for our day trips, without enduring the crowds at the center city station. Near a great park allowing us to walk into downtown Florence along the Arno when we felt the urge for a quiet stroll. Near two decent supermarkets, a good bakery, decent restaurants, etc. And, best of all, a really good, responsive, friendly, helpful landlord.

Amazing stay in Firenze!

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Laura was the nicest, she made the check in process easy and delightful. She was always available by phone if we had any questions which was really nice. The house is soo much bigger than what I imagined, definitely plenty of room for a large family. It’s also very close to city center a short taxi ride of 10 minutes. Very quiet neighborhood and close to a super market should you need anything and a very cute family friendly pizzeria right on the corner which we frequented a lot they were very friendly there. All in all we loved our stay and would recommend this place to stay at. We will definitely be returning!!

Oase in der Stadt

Die Wohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, es gibt wirklich nichts was wir vermisst haben. Die Wohnung super sauber und wunderschön renoviert mit steilvoll erhaltenem Altbestand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfreich bei der ersten Orientierung. Die Lage etwas außerhalb hat den besonderen Scharm eines Dorfs in der Stadt mit lokalen Einkauf Möglichkeiten.

Old world charm, modern elegance, and stellar service in an historic neighborhood

Sabrina, Laura, and their family were gracious and inviting when we arrived and professionally attentive throughout our stay. The apartment sits in the back of a beautiful private garden. The centuries old building has the quirky charm we dreamed of and all the modern touches that make a home comfortable. Two stunningly remodeled bathrooms that have to be seen to be believed. A modern kitchen, comfortable living room, very large bedrooms filled with beautifully crafted furniture and large antique beds with high-quality mattresses. Just steps outside the garden gate are the café where we had our cappucino every morning, a paneficio with fresh baked bread, the butcher shop that taught me how to cook Bistecca Florentina, a wine shop where my son learned all about Tuscan wines and a wide selection of restaurants. Time and again Laura's local knowledge, and fluent English, helped us discover the best that Florence had to offer. She found us inexpensive bicycle rentals that allowed us to zip along the Arno into the heart of the city in 15 minutes then retreat to the tranquility of our Peretola neighborhood. This apartment is now our favorite place in Italy and we will be back.
