Beautiful apartment, good location

We stayed for 3 nights in June 2023. The apartment is very nice. Modern, CLEAN! Very comfortable bed and beddings. Good AC, quiet, good location. Walking distance to the train station and everything else Florence has to offer but not in the middle of the craziness. High end hotels and restaurants a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay in Florence and absolutely loved Sweetstay apartment and their hospitality. Everything was perfect. We did not need anything because it was all there. The place was pristine and close to everything. Niccollo was extremely responsive and very helpful. We will recommend this place to our friends and family!

Avoid Sweet Stay properties.

Sweet Stay is the company or organization that manages this property. They require way to much pre check in requirements and time from you and then they can’t hold up to there end. After we booked the VRBO you are sent all this required secondary actions through Sweet Stay. Lots of check ins separate payment process outside of VRBO and multiple takes to complete before you even get to the property. In our case they where an hour late to our agreed meeting time only to find the property not cleaned from the previous guests. Then it took two more hours to get in. Place is nice but the master bed is awful. The pull outs where more comfortable.

This place was beyond expectations! Great location, new and cozy apartment, well equipped kitchen and nice view, smooth check in and out. Lorenzo was very nice and polite. The air condition is not working at full speed and we were charged 35e for late check in, but it’s ok. Would recommend this place!

This Airbnb is my favourite so far and we have stayed in many. Andrea was the perfect host. He met us upon arrival and departure to help us with our luggage. He even booked a taxi for us at the end of our stay. The apartment is very stylish and very clean. It has a well-stocked kitchen, too. Andrea has thought of everything. Coffee, teas, breakfast snacks, yogurt, and even a bottle of wine to welcome us. The air conditioning was fantastic after long, hot days touring Florence and the washer was another added bonus. The apartment is within walking distance to all the major sites as well as restaurants, cafes, pubs. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. It is amazing!! I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
