Beautiful B&B with a great breakfast area, garden, large room/bathroom and fantastic staff! Agatha at the front desk was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to! And the owner Simone did a beautiful job decorating, there were tasteful signs all over the property in English/Italian indicating the location of things and suggestions for local things to do in the city. So amazing! The Wi-Fi was very fast, as well.

Really lovely place and the 2 ladies who run it couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The rooms were really clean and I would have given a 5 star for everything but the curtain in our room didn’t stretch across and as a result let in the light so we didn’t sleep too well. Everything else and the ladies were amazing and location wise it’s honestly so good.

A hidden gem with the kindest people running it! Kim was a sweetheart and was so lovely to us during our stay :) I loved how clean and cosy it was with the most beautiful view looking out onto their garden that is so well kept. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

This is such a lovely and quirky place to stay, and we were warmly looked after by the host Simona and Kim. Very peaceful part of Firenze and a short stroll from Piazza Michelangelo for the best view of the city. And very near no 23 bus stop which gets you into main part of Florence if your feet get tired! Would stay again. Lovely and easy.

Lovely home feel to the property. Everything you need provided. Breakfast simple but fruit and biscuits available at other times of the day. Kim was very helpful and the owner Simone was also very welcoming. Accommodation is a long walk from the centre but close to the viewing platform for great views over the city.

Perfect spot for a Florence break

Had an excellent three nights at Mosi Firenze. Comfortable, clean rooms and excellent service throughout our stay. The location is ideal - outside of the main hustle and bustle but still just a 20 minute walk from the main sites. Would stay there if I was in Florence again and would definitely recommend.

Amazing city, accommodation and host.

The most beautiful city ever visited. Accommodation is a gorgeous long walk along the river out of town. Very clean and homely. Simona is an amazing host. We will be back next year on our travels.

For most people, I think this would be an ideal place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and breakfast on the terrace is really a wonderful experience. Because I was traveling with two people nearing 80 years old, however, I would say that this is not the property to stay in if you have (in any way) limited mobility. There are many, many stairs, the sidewalks in the neighborhood are in bad disrepair, and taxi service is unreliable. If you don't mind a 30 minute walk to get to the center, however, this B&B is absolutely a dream, and I would go stay there again on my own in a blink.

Excellent, impeccable et très propre! La propriétaire Simona, est très charmante et accueillante. Elle a un grand souci de la finition et de la présentation. La chambre était très mignonne et fonctionnelle. La salle à petit-déjeuner ainsi que le jardin extérieur sont magnifiques! L’hébergement est situé à distance de marche des points d’intérêts, mais tout de même à l’écart du brouhaha touristique, ce qui est très apprécié. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir! I really liked the style of this place. It was so cute, and decorated really well. I would recommend this place for people who love being social, as two out of the 3 nights we stayed there was a lot of people around talking and laughing until quite late (11pm). Not really our thing, and we found it quite hard to sleep with a lack of soundproofing. Breakfast was nice, and the people working there were lovely.. just not really our type of place.

Nice and clean room, amazing location. Loved the restaurant “Gigi’s” right around the corner for an authentic Italian meal! Staff was very nice and allowed an easy, late check in. Really enjoyed the personal bathroom and changing room. Great place to stay for a reasonable price!

Ok for the price

Overall a decent stay for the price. However the thin walls combined with children being allowed in the guest rooms made it tough to rest. Mosquitoes in the room also made it hard to sleep. In addition the trip into the city center gets old; I would stay closer to the city and train station in hindsight. Staff were great though.

Tivemos uma experiencia maravilhosa no Mosi- Firenze, O quarto foi espaçoso e confortavel com banheiro interno. Bom wi-fi. Café da manhã delicioso preparado com toda atenção por Alejandro e Simona Encontra-se cerca de 10 minutos a pé do centro de Florença ou pode-se pegar o onibus na rua paralela ao hotel. Simona - proprietaria do Mosi-Firenze- esteve sempre presente para nos dar dicas sobre Florença e sanar nossa dúvidas. Muito obrigado por tudo Simona e Alejandro- nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.

Worst three nights sleep ever...

We stayed in the A room on the upper floor. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room is that the bath tub was grubby and was in needed of a good clean. The sink tap was very loose. When you moved the handle to adjust temperature and/or flow the whole tap too. When I first went you use the shower only the outer ring of the rain fall shower worked. I noticed that all the other 20-30 other small holes were blocked with either a cleaning product that had dried or from lime scale. Either way it took me about 10 minutes to completely unblock the rest of the shower head so it was functioning normally again. It didn't matter how you stood/cleaned in the shower the small shower mat would be soaked which meant you had to squeeze it out after each shower and hang it up the dry and then mop of the remaining water. We didn't realise when we booked that the B&B had dorm room! The room obviously didn't have a common area to allow for conversation as all the occupants stood outside of the room at all times of the day/evening. People were coming in and out of the dorm room slamming doors and to make things worse opening and slamming the doors and to make things worse opening and slamming the communal bathroom door opposite the dorm and wall to wall with our room. The noise from the dorm was constant and kept waking us up throughout the night. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive. They made a fresh coffee of your choice which was a nice touch.

This bnb is a great place to stay in Florence, I would definitely return. Helpful staff, quiet street, 15-20 min walk to central Florence, close to river, comfortable bed, very clean.

Fantastic Place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay and all of the staff couldnt do enough to help you. The room was really nice and modern, very clean. Its in good walking distance of all of sites, great places to eat and drink. Breakfast was nice and fresh, again the staff were there to help if needed. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would definitely look to go and stay again.

perfect quiet location

This lovely little place was perfect for our first stay in Florence. About 20 minutes to walk into the maddening crowds everywhere in town, it was a relief to return at night to hear the birds singing outside our window. Hosts were wonderful, place was immaculate, a little on the spartan side. Very comfortable bed, and breakfast was superb. We loved it. We figured out the bus line with Marta's help, after a day and a half of pounding the stone walkways, a great relief to take the buses. Quiet, clean, sweet place.
