Everything about this property was pleasing. The room was clean, as advertised, and with plenty of amenities, to include easy to use A/C. Check in was easy, having breakfast at the hotel was a huge help, and it was a sufficient breakfast with protein options. Check in is only from 2-6pm, so that could possibly cause problems for others. We loved how close to the duomo we were. Walking out the front door you were in the heart of everything. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

Amazing!

We stayed in the suite and the room is so lovely. The hosts were friendly and were really helpful. The location is amazing, just a short walk to almost everything, I'd defiantely recommend staying at this property.

Great hosts, perfect location. Felt very central to everything and only 10-15 minute walk from the tram which takes you direct from the airport. The room it’s self was perfect with a nice continental breakfast in the morning and rooms cleaned daily.

The staff and the owner are very nice and friendly and helpful . This is probably my 5th time staying in this property when I come to Florence. my most favorite hotel room on this trip! steps from the Duomo, but in the room you'd never know - it was quiet and serene. The room itself was huge and gorgeous, with brick ceiling that had curved eaves. a soaking tub on a stone platform was a special treat. beware - it is up 3 floors with no elevator, but was worth it to us

We enjoyed our stay at N4U Guest House in Florence last week. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However just a heads up that the room temp is a bit high even with it being set at 18(the lowest it'd go). N4U is also located in the heart of the Historic Center, so you are a 5-10 minute distance from everything, the Cathedral de Santa Maria de Fiore, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, countless more museums and sorrounded by all types of restaurants at all price points. This place is for all travellers who don't mind skipping the elevator and walking up the stairs. Since the Guest House is located on the 4th floor (#3) and there isn't an elevator, prepare for quite a walk up the stairs. Breakfast is also included which we liked and there was a good variety of options to choose from. The staff is also very friendly, and welcoming, and even let us keep our baggage at N4U after check out for more sight seeing. The only thing we were a bit wierded out by was that we left our room early in the morning to go see Michaelango's David at the museum at 8am the day of check out and were back at the Guest House at 9:20 a.m. When we opened the front door to the Guest House we saw the hotel manager coming out of our room. He laughed and we were caught of guard, and then reminded us breakfast and check out was until 10. We laughed and didn't say anything but we found it wierd he was peeking in or coming out of our room without an explanation.
