excellent location

the room is clean n tidy n spacious which is comfortable to stay, however the heater is not functioning very well that the room is a bit cold in winter great lication that close to most tourist spots n just few steps to good restaurants n clubs, yet there is no lift that made some inconvience when carrying luggages the staffs are helpful n friendly and the breakfast is good too

Everything about this property was pleasing. The room was clean, as advertised, and with plenty of amenities, to include easy to use A/C. Check in was easy, having breakfast at the hotel was a huge help, and it was a sufficient breakfast with protein options. Check in is only from 2-6pm, so that could possibly cause problems for others. We loved how close to the duomo we were. Walking out the front door you were in the heart of everything. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

N4U Guest House was a lovely place to stay in Florence, the staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was great, it had the shops, restaurants, museums, churches and Palazzi right at your doorstep and more a little further out, very nice !

Beautiful room however cautions.

Trying to find the hotel was difficult. Didn’t expect 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Even booking the best suite of the hotel we only had 2 outlets we could plug into and only can use them when in the room. AC was also only on when in the room. The suite is gorgeous but not for anyone tall!! For the price I don’t expect to have so many limits. Breakfast is meager.

Food options - lots of choices, good location, walkable. Bed comfort - great, bigger than other places that we stayed within Europe, love the space... Owner/Staff is helpful and nice.. The location of the guesthouse was outstanding, 5 minute stroll to Il Duomo square. The ‘London’ room with its high ceilings was very well adorned, spotlessly clean and benefitting from much needed nearly new air conditioning. The continental breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice and espresso coffee was more than adequate. We would happily stay here again. Mid-40’s couple, no children with us.

Localização excelente!!! Coração de Florença! Quarto China foi muito legal para nós 4. Se você tiver na cabeça que está numa giesta gude e não hotel ficará muito satisfeito! As escadas com nossas malas foram um peso sim. No atendimento na chegada ok; no café ao mesmo tempo que alguém para nos servir ajuda; tira um pouco a liberdade.

Our experience with N4U was definitely outstanding. First of all, after our terrible theft experience that we went through at the Florence train station, Rafaele and Giovanna provided us with a room that seemed to be created by Michelangelo. It just took our breath away. The room was very spacious for four of us. The painting at the ceiling must have been painted by Michelangelo. Aside from the painting, the room amenities were fantastic. Our room had one master bed and two day beds. The bathroom had an enclosed shower and had 2 types of shower head(sprayer and ceiling mounted). Free wifi and breakfast every morning. There were several security doors to enter to be able to access our room so security was great. The place gave us the modern Renaissance vibe. The only thing that's probably would be a downside for other people, which was not at all for us, was the lack of elevator. There were about 3 flights of stairs to get to the rooms but that did not bother us at all. All in all, our stay at N4U was just magnificent! We will stay again the next time we're at Florence, Italy. We highly recommend the place. Thank you Rafaele and Giovanna!

The suite has the most incredible ceiling and unique layout. We enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly. Great location and we could walk everywhere we needed to.
