This is a new and spacious home. It has a nice view of the inlet. We liked the home, but it had not been properly cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen garbage bag was full and had leaked into the bin. Also, the recycle was over half full of empties. There were crumbs along the base of the counters and other debris on the floor in living room. The fridge filter says it should have been replaced 11 months ago. And the BBQ was very dirty and needed to be cleaned before using it. Location was good once we found the house. Our GPS didn't recognize the address.
