This was very close and I mean close to everything! The room was cozy but do modern and nice that I can’t say enough good things. They have lockers so you can sort of early checkin and start sightseeing right away. Everything is high tech but in the good easy to understand way. Enjoy as this is the bomb.

Perfect central location in Florence. Walk to anywhere. Located on a busy major street next to the Duomo. Quiet and convenient. More than worth the cost.

Great location, can be noisy
Fantastic location as so close to everything but the downside of that is that rooms on the front are loud even with the windows closed , you can hear music from the bar downstairs and the traffic on the street, earplugs to sleep are kindly provided but they are needed ! Lovely room and little touches appreciated in the fridge.

Excellent choice for Florence
Excellent experience and neat concept executed fantastically. Everything was self managed and digital with life support that responds quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciate the traveler friendly aspect of the hotel, eg hold luggage lockers, small amenities snacks and water etc. location is another great point, it’s very centrally located - literally across the duomo and in the middle of all the walkable tourist areas.

The location of the property is excellent. Bathroom is very new and shower is great. Only mentioning is due to lack of front desk receptionist, we are stressed with getting a taxi to airport to catch a very early morning flight. We were only sent a link to order taxi on the last day before check out and the link didn't work for us. Would be nice to have a real person service to ensure a taxi is being reserved under this circumstance. We end up walking and hauling luggage to nearby train station's taxi station and was luck to catch a taxi during walking.

Decent stay in excellent location of Florence
Ive stayed with Numa before in Berlin a couple times and enjoyed my stay there. This Florence room was pretty average in comparison. Not much in the way of decor, only one small bottle of dri king water, not really a suite as there was no lounge area. Just a bathroom sized kitchenette. Was supposed to have pullout sofa but only had two fold out chairs to sleep on separately. confortable mattress on them though. Linens and pillows and comfortors were we excellent. Toiletries were not. Checkin support was excellent. Original directions were not. Restaurant was very good! Its on a large terrace with views and has a fantastically prepared menu. But as th we restaurant is not part of the listing they dont get credit for that .

This property is in the heart of Florence and a perfect place to explore the city on foot. I didn’t even worry when I needed rest in my room as the views from my room were stunning and I could see the Duomo. Leaving the window open felt like being in the city still. The amenities were great and shower good. The walls are thin as in many old places so courtesy is all that is needed. The Terrazza is excellent for breakfast and dinner!

Amazing location couldn’t ask for anything better! Although you will be woken up by the cathedral bells. Room was great, clean and if we needed to contact staff it was quick and easy. We had a great stay

Great central location!
Very nice facility, check-in was smooth. Location is a block from the Duomo, so be forewarned that bells start to toll at 7 a.m. every morning. Also, a few times it was loud late at night when people headed to wherever they were staying made more noise than they should have. Only suggestion for the room would be to make more USB outlets available. There are lamps and such with built-in outlets, which we've been able to use in other places we stayed in other cities. We should have planned ahead by bringing more European adapters, but that would have been a nice touch.

The property was very well located next to Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, however the directions sent by the hotel on WhatsApp to find it were a bit misleading since they mentioned a different store name that was next to it. The room was very spacious and very clean with all necessary amenities and it also had a few freebies in the fridge for the guests to enjoy like prosecco and beer. There's no reception so you have to do check-in online so that you receive a pin code to access the hotel and your room - I had some technical difficulties with it but although it wasn't resolved someone from their WhatsApp support help me to look into it and find another way to do check-in (however their IT team needs to look into it asap as I'm sure more guests will have same issue in the future). Also, check-in time is not until 3pm and if you require an early check-in time you won't know until the actual day of your stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and devices will disconnect constantly from it.

The rooms are in a very noisy area
The room was clean and the decoration looks great but what we didn't know is that around the corner there are 2 pubs im the duomo square with music and people partying around until very late at night, the room is in the first floor so basically it feels like we were sleeping in the street. We luckily brought earplugs but still could hear the people shouting until late at night. Around 7 am the duomo's church sounds the bells so we woke up again. Next time I will book a hotel in a quieter area

Property was a little challenging to find, but location was incredible. Check-in and separate, different hotel in same facility were interesting, but not a problem. Staff was great and courteous. Very small elevators, but nice, large rooms. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Aceess to major sirtes and shopping were superb. breakfast was very good as welll, nice selection. enjoyed time at hotel, albeit short.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I always had a cappuccino and my husband would change it up a few times. It’s complimentary with breakfast. The view was amazing! Wake up and look out the window to see people walking by and also a view of the Duomo and Tower. I’m so glad we picked this hotel for our Christmas stay.

Wonderful location right next to Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral, perfect for a late night gelato if you want to sit in front of it with a view to the duomo. It's also within walking distance from all the main attractions in Firenze. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable, if a little small. However, the room had a strong smell due to the way it was scented and it was rather unpleasant. I had to move the scented sticks to a different area as I couldn't bear the smell. Bathroom was fine, however there was also an unpleasant smell that came from the sink when the water ran for too long.

A gem of a hotel perfectly located
What a gem of a hotel! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I booked my stay last minute due to checking into a prior hotel that was not exactly safe, clean, or centrally located. I dropped off my luggage in the early morning on the day of my check-in on my way to a cooking class. The front desk was warm and receptive. When I returned later in the day I was once again greeted with warmth and hospitality-they even put my stored bags in the room before I checked in! My room was an oasis of comfort and provided excellent siesta during the midday heat. Breakfast has a great selection and the coffee is delicious. I loved sitting outside on the patio sipping my coffee and enjoying the sights and sounds of the Duomo. I return often to Florence with friends and family and would without a doubt recommend this hotel for any type of traveler.

My wife and I just spent two weeks traveling through Switzerland, France, and Italy and this was our favorite hotel. The room was incredibly large, which a soft bed and nice bathroom. The hotel had air-conditioning which was very nice, and the curtains could be black-out curtains, which made sleeping in easy. Location was great as well. The Duomo is literally feet outside the front door, and you can walk to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi in about 5-10 minutes. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the train station and it is easy to get a cab to the airport as well. We could not have been more happy with the stay, and will definitely be staying here again.
