It was in a really good area of the city. The apartment had a very modern feel. It was not the cleanest but also not very dirty. The communication was not what we had with the other places that we stayed at on our trip. Even though we really didn't use the kitchen, it was set up well if someone wanted to cook. They were a descent collection of books, mostly in English. Several guide books for that might be helpful to some. While it was not a bad experience, it would not be a place that I would stay again.

The kitchen was not properly set up - did not have an espresso maker, a dish towel or sponge, or even a spatula. The bedding was not clean especially the comforter was gray and dirty and it was supposed to be white. There were mamy insects in the lobby. Also be aware the lift doesn’t start on the main floor.

Un joli petit appartement parfait pour 4 personnes. Emplacement idéal, tout à 10/15 minutes à pied. Bien entretenu. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très chaleureuse et nous a même donné une liste avec des adresses où bien manger selon ce qu'on cherche et on n'a pas été déçu. Seuls bémols, pas de volets et rideaux blancs laissant passer la lumière et chambre donnant sur la rue un peu bruyante.

Good location.Easy to walk to different places. The big NO; the apt.does not have a working A/C, and this is in the living room which would not cool the other rooms anyways if working. The apt. was very very hot pretty much the whole day and night. When inquired to management company they said we could use the other systems, fancy word for a fan that was in the bedroom and they could provide another one. We had a total of 3 fans and would still be sweating inside the apartment. When I asked the management if they could provide a portable A/C because I rented an apt. with A/C and not fans, their answer was that there is an A/C in the living room (that did not work) and that if wanted A/C in the rooms I should have asked about this during reservation process and they would have told me that there is no A/C in the other rooms. I think this is so misleading because if the apt. is advertised as having A/C, it is assumed the A/C WORKS for the WHOLE apt. If you dont care about staying in a sauna, the apt. is good because of location and it is an ample apartment but if you need A/C to be comfortable, this is definetely not a good option. Plus bathroom is small and kitchen area super small.

Central location BUT……

Terrible communication with owner. Lift did not go down to ground floor. No microwave, bathroom very small, aircon didn’t work, ripped fabric on sofa, rip in sheets, no dish towels, dirty dishes in cupboards, no plug for kitchen sink. At agreed check in time, apartment had not been cleaned from previous occupants and beds were unmade.

Fabulous Location

The apartment's location was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. There is only 1 A/C in the common area and you needed to keep your doors open to get cool air and then it wasn't enough to cool the entire place. The communication was confusing as I kept getting the same automated standard email to confirm some information before my stay which I did multiple times and then had to eventually call. We were overcharged for the tourism tax. Overall, great stay and I would recommend.
