Trust me, you wanna stay away from this place! The owner is a lier and customer service is the worst. First, there is NO free parking, ones arrived I was told via text that I need to go and find it myself, which is almost impossible in the center of the city or pay for the garage parking myself! On top of that, you have to wake up at 8am to pay for meters again!! The owner doesn't care at all about her guests and didn't answer any of my 15 phone calls. When I arrived the office was closed even thou it states that should be open. On all my complaints, after an hour she simply texted "call Expedia" There is a weird "trash" smell in corridors and you can hear each step of other tenants. I would never ever stay at this junk yard again!

Good location, but can improve the cleanliness.

The reception lady was nice, with a warm welcoming. The place was fine but the bed sheets were not clean. The wifi kept disconnecting, and the phone service was weak in that building with these thick walls, but it is a nice old building. The location was good, walking distance to everything. The apartment have all what is needed but can improve with new bed sheets and improve the wifi

Purtroppo al arrivo non c'era l'acqua nella struttura. Quando ci siamo provati a mettere in contatto con la strutta non ci rispondeva. Una esperienza pessima. La struttura da togliere dal Hotels. com perché non offre il servizio che dovrebbe. Sono truffatori.

Affitta camere che per un weekned lungo ci può stare, camera in ordine e sempre pulita. Ho avuto un problema con la chiave d'ingresso e sono stati molto cortesi ad aiutarmi. Forse la presenza del personale nella struttura per un po' più di tempo sarebbe l'ideale

Es muy cómodo y a 15 min de la estación del tren, no es difícil de ubicar. Nos recibieron antes de la hora para dejar nuestras maletas y nos trataron de forma muy amable. Solo había una pequeña falla con la mesa de vidrio del cuarto que no estaba bien colocada y estuvo a punto de caerse varías veces, pero es un lugar limpio y cómodo.

Chambre très propre et assez spacieuse. Proche du centre ville de Florence (10 minutes pour arriver sur la grande place). Vis à vis au niveau de la fenêtre un peu gênant (manque rideaux). Très bien dans l'ensemble

Locatie en vriendelijkheid personeel was goed. Verder alles netjes en schoon. Minpuntje was de airco. Deze maakte nogal veel geluid wat ‘s nachts niet zo fijn was.

Magnifico!!!

Hemos estado muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia. La habitación es tal y como en las fotos y es enorme. Tiene todas las comodidades y si os sirve tiene smart tv que para nosotros viajando a un idioma diferente fue una maravilla poder ver una película. Llegamos tarde pero nos dieron todas las facilidades para recoger las llaves.

Located in a quiet area but only a 10-15 minute walk from the center. We had some issues with them not making up the room so whilst we stayed there for 3 nights we only got new towels once.

Chambre petite mais tout confort et bien située

Plutôt bien situé dans Florence , à quelques pas de tout, cet hôtel est très bien pour des courts séjours. Très bon rapport qualité/prix & propre. Bémol : chambre petite, sombre et l’on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Pas de réception mais une hôte accueillante qui nous a donné de bons conseils lors de séjour à Florence.

Muy bien las instalaciones, la habitacion y el baño tal cual se ve en foto. Un punto destacable fue la prrdisposicion en el chek in, superando las expectativas de lo acordado. Cerca del centro a menos de 10 minutos caminando por una zona con varios restaurantes. Muy recomendable

Parfait rien a redire. Ce situe à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Vous devez trouvez un parking si vous êtes en voiture et payer
