  • Beautiful prestigious apartment located on the first floor of a historic building located in the very central Via della Vigna Nuova in Florence. The property is located a stone's throw from the magnificent Palazzo Rucellai, a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and Palazzo Strozzi. This is a very elegant house that has been recently renovated and furnished with the utmost attention to detail. We are sure, this apartment will be able to give you an unforgettable stay in Florence!

    The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with frescoed ceiling and comfortable sofas, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms (one with shower and/or bathtub) and a small outdoor area.

Quiet, beautiful, and big apartment in Florence

We had a great stay at this spacious and lovely apartment. There was lots of room including a lovely frescoed living room and a nice kitchen. The location was great, in the heart of fashion district but easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi, and everything in Florence.

Loved the location. It was so close to walk everywhere. Very spacious. My sister didn’t love the bed in the second bedroom. The primary bed was fine. Would stay there again.

The size and location of the property was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The only issue was getting connected with property managers when first arriving and figuring out the washer/dryer but all worked out.

Fabulous stay in Florence!

This property was spectacular! The bathrooms were luxurious, the beds were comfortable with quality linens, the kitchen was wonderful and the ceilings added to the charm! The laundry in the apartment is a huge plus! There is no elevator so pack light i’d be prepared to haul your suitcase up the stairs! The location is great- an easy walk to most of the sights!
