Incredible view and location

The view really makes the apartment, Words and pictures cant describe how breathtaking it was. The apartment was clean, very bright, and the communication with the management as well as the check in process was very pleasant. The person who met me at the apartment was extremely friendly and hlpful.

The view from the patio during sunset is beautiful!PROS:Location - proximity to tourist sites, excellent restaurant (Ristorante Accademia Firenze) and cafe/pastry shop (Ristorante Gran Caffe San Marco)Views from the top floor apartment are magical, especially at nightCONS:Significant/steep climb to the apartment/No elevator which was challenging with luggage. We dreaded climbing the stairs after a full day of sightseeing.Bed is not comfortableBroken items like drying line for clothes, kitchen sink faucet and some of the hooks to secure the window shuttersCouch is pretty worn with some unusual stainsLimited hot water for showers - we scheduled our showers to accommodate for the issue.Overall, we found this apartment to be quaint and generally accommodated our needs. We appreciated the proximity to some major sites. The price was fair for the accommodations provided.
