Hübsches Hotel, super Service!

Toller Service, netteste Begrüßung durch Chanel - sogar mit Mokka beim (sehr frühen) Check-in, rasche Antworten bei Anfragen vor und während des Aufenthalts. Schönes Zimmer, top Zustand! Lage 5 min vom Bahnhof S.M.N entfernt ist perfekt für das Erkunden der Stadt. Ein kleiner Garten ist dabei, in dem man gemütlich sitzen und sich bei einem Kaffee erholen kann. Zimmereinrichtung und Bad sind neu und sehr hübsch. Einzig Fliegengitter wären wegen der vielen Mosquitos um diese Zeit super gewesen. Frühstück ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden, aber Kaffee (Mokkakanne und Nespresso) ist jederzeit verfügbar. Sonst war alles perfekt, würde wieder dort buchen! Wirklich top Service!

침대에서 소리나고 부엌에 있는 커피포트의 위생상태를 제외하고는 지낼만 했습니다. 타월은 맘껏 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요. 조식은 불포함이라고 생각해도 될듯요.

Bad experiences

There are quite a few issues with this hotel. Here are those 1. The main doors to enter this hotel are tricky and tough to open. The owner did not provide the right instructions to open them. Because of this, the guests try to open them, and after a few attempts started banging the door making loud noises. To make the matter difficult the owner does not answer the phone. 2. There are mosquitoes in the room. Be prepared to hear their music near the ears in the night and their bites too. 3. The bathroom door was not properly sealed and it was leaking, whenever anyone takes a shower. 4. Some of the items in the breakfast were rotten. For eg: I noticed the fungus on oranges skin. 5. Breakfast items were never refilled. For eg: The bottled water, ran out of water and same with the olive oil. These were not refilled inspite of writing a note to refill them. 6. There was johnson & johnson baby shampoo place in the shower room for the guests. 7. Guests passport pictures were taken with the owner's phone. I don't like the idea of such important personal data being stored on someone's smartphone.

Nice Guest House

This is a very nice and clean guest house close to everything you want to see in Firenze at walking distance. Chanel received us in a very welcoming manner making it very easy to ask her questions and provided a lot of inside on what to see and where to eat. The room was very clean and shared kitchen was very organized and clean too. We will return and recommend to stay here if you are looking for a warm place to say.

Great experience!

Chanel is very friendly host, we arrived very late in the evening and she was waiting us in the B&B for checkin. The B&B is at a really great location, very close to central train station, and literally a few minutes walk to get there. The street where the B&B is located is also in a very lively neighborhood, it is full of hotels and restaurants, also there is the famous cosmeceutical store Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella located on this street. We have stayed in the classic double room, it was very nicely decorated and we are told that the renovation was just done 6 months ago, so all the equipment are of the moment. there is also a free buffet breakfast available pretty convenient for us. the garden at the back yard is really a surprise as we didn't expect to have such green space just right at corner of the busy station area. It is also very quiet in the room even during the day, strongly recommended! We will stay here again when we visit Florence again. Thanks Chanel!

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non veritiero

La stanza era molto spaziosa, confortevole e pulita, ma la colazione praticamente inesistente: alcuni prodotti confezionati buttati su una tavola, qualche frutto piuttosto "stagionato" e un frigorifero che da quanto era vuoto faceva tenerezza. Personalmente per 70€ a notte pretendo di più, anche a Firenze.

Good location budget apartment!

The host was very great at communication. Prior to my stay, the double room that I had selected was actually overbooked so they ask if it was ok to stay two nights in a smaller room and then two nights in the suite. We agreed thinking that it wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, the two nights we spent in the small room was a nightmare. The room was so small that it was a top level bed on a bunk bed. My luggage barely made it into the room in between the staircase and the wall. I was 23 weeks pregnant so climbing into a bunk bed was HORRIBLE. The bed frame felt cheap and shaky. I couldn't sleep at all for two nights because I felt so uncomfortable. Luckily when we switched into the suite, it made a world of difference. The experience was much better since there was so much more space to move around and the bed was a normal bed. I know I had agreed to the smaller room but if I wasn't pregnant, I might have liked my stay better. Outside of the room situation, I did enjoy the location of the hotel and the value.
