Told we would get towels for 4 of us upon check in. I followed up 3 more times (they would be dropped of soon). My daughter and I could almost fit the tiny towels when we finally received the towels 24 hours later. One hair dryer is a hazard as it looks like it nearly caught on fire. The kitchen was ill equipped: the kettle does not work and had to buy sugar-normally stocked per my many rentals throughout the UK Europe these are standard.
