We were there for 5 days and we didn't lack anything, it had everything!! The apartment is beautiful! Very clean and very close to the center. Daniele is super friendly and attentive. Without a doubt a place to recommend and return to.

Very nicely laid out and comfortable. Enough kitchen implements to properly cook at home when we needed. Easily walkable to centre and river. TV, WiFi, washing machine etc all worked as advertised.

The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent. We arrived early and were not made to wait. It was very considerate to be able to check in early. It is about a 3-minute walk to the bus station and about a 10-minute drive to various attractions and the train station. The transportation is very convenient. The only minor drawbacks are that the pillows collapse easily.

Very good accommodation service, the cleanliness of the indoor space made us think we were the first group of guests to check in. Because we were not familiar with Italian kitchen appliances and air conditioning adjustment, we received very good responses, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful to the management for their attentiveness and consideration for the needs of tourists. The accommodation is very convenient. It is a good place to experience life. Especially when we bring our elders out, it is not suitable for long transportation. Living here is very convenient and the price is very reasonable.

Very spacious apartment. Convenient location and very walkable to everything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Such a lovely place. The owner was very agreeable about working with us to drop off our luggage. Much appreciated so we didn't have to drag everything around. Very spacious place. The temperature was hot inside the apartment. We were able to sleep, but it was muggy. We traveled in June so the temps were rising. Our time in the apartment was little so it didn't impact us too much.

Lugar hermoso, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Anfitrión atento, amable y con un servicio de calidad; te brinda toda la asesoría posible para que te desplaces con facilidad en Florencia. La zona bastante tranquila, se puede caminar de día o de noche hasta los principales sitios. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en casa: limpieza, bastante espacio, varios ambientes, utensilios de cocina, etc. Cuando regrese a Florencia sí o sí volveré a este lugar sin dudarlo. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore e da altri luoghi. L'interno è davvero ordinato e l'appartamento è dotato di molti comfort, tra cui una macchina per il caffè. Qui è possibile lavare i vestiti in lavatrice. In qualche modo non ho visto la carta igienica.

Daniele è stato un ospite molto disponibile. Il posto era pulito e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le app che si potevano usare sulla TV. Non troppo lontano dal centro. Buon bar locale (Caffè Michelangelo). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. Il divano letto era un po' traballante. I cuscini erano troppo piatti. Sarebbe stato meglio se fossero state fornite le cialde di caffè.

Consigliatissimo! Uno dei nostri migliori soggiorni. Non nel pieno delle cose ma nel raggio di un paio di isolati. L'appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, il che è assolutamente incantevole. Ci ha fatto desiderare di averla. L'appartamento ha una cucina ben fornita se si voleva cucinare ma ci siamo trovati bene a cenare fuori. Abbiamo usato le tazze, il bollitore elettrico e la macchina Nespresso. Abbiamo apprezzato il lusso di avere un ascensore per i bagagli e dopo giorni di camminate. Tenete presente che ci sono ancora delle scale da fare, 2 gradini per entrare nell'edificio, 2 gradini per arrivare all'ascensore e 2 gradini per entrare nell'unità. Il letto era super comodo. Daniele è stato molto disponibile.

Me fascinó el Apartamento. La sobriedad y belleza de los detalles. La ubicación excelente, fuimos caminando a todos lados. Las sábanas, almohadas, toallas, todo nuevo. La cocina ni hablar!!!
