  • Located in the charming Oltrarno district in Florence’s historic center, this 98 m² apartment offers an authentic stay in a quieter, more genuine part of the city, just steps from major attractions.



    The accommodation is spread over two levels and is on the first floor of a typical Florentine building (no elevator, 20 steps). The entrance opens onto a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, connected to a pleasant private terrace—ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.



    Upstairs, you’ll find two carefully furnished bedrooms: one with a double bed that can be separated into two singles, and one with a double bed. Both have their own private bathrooms with showers.



    High-speed Wi-Fi is available, perfect for remote work.
