The location for this stay was Epic! It was clean and we were very thankful for a washing machine.

I would stay here again! It was a great location. Very nice little place. Getting in touch with the owner was super easy, she was very good with responding to my questions. I was a little confused with the fact that we had to have someone meet us to check in and a third party company handled our payments because it’s not done like that in the US but we figured it all our and it worked out.

Very hot, but great location

Our stay in Florence was largely enjoyable, thanks to the unbeatable location—perfect for tourists wanting to explore iconic landmarks. The company representatives were courteous, responsive, and provided a fantastic guide for restaurants and local tips, which we used daily. The room was spotless and well-maintained.However, future guests should note issues with air conditioning and WiFi. The fine print mentions that AC performance and appliance repairs aren’t guaranteed. During our stay, with temperatures in the 90s, the two mini-split units (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) struggled to keep the space cool, leaving the room above 80F at its coolest. This was tough after long, hot days. The stunning view from the main windows was unusable due to the heat they let in, though they’d likely be wonderful in cooler months for enjoying the breeze and scenery.While we loved many aspects of the stay, the heat issue was significant for us, so we’d likely choose a different place next time for a summer visit based on our preferences.

Vasari rental

This rental was in a perfect location with the view of Ponto Vechio right out the window. It was in walking distance to all attractions. The room had everything you would need for a stay, especially if you needed to cook something. There were a few disappointing items: - I had a very difficult time providing the security deposit with the link that was provided. - There was a very bad odor in the rental like backed up sewage. But maybe that is common in Florence. - The air conditioner did not cool the apartment. - The iron was missing so I could iron any of the clothes that I had with me.

Could Not Ask for a Better Location in Florence!

We are rating this property five stars for its spectacular location. It overlooks the Ponte Vecchio in the most picturesque spot where all of the tourists stop for photos. It is also steps away from the Uffizi Gallery and a quick walk to all of the other major sites. We found it so convenient to be able to pop back into the apartment midday to enjoy the air conditioning or have a quick restroom break (it can be challenging to find public restrooms in Florence!). The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As an earlier reviewer mentioned, the only drawback was a sometimes strong, swampy smell that I understand can be common in Florence due to the proximity of the river (we noted the same smell in the lower level of the Uffizi). If you are sensitive to smells, you may want to take this into consideration; however, we felt that the incredible location more than made up for this minor inconvenience, particularly since we were always on the go! Overall, this was a great value for the location and we would not hesitate to return to the Vasari Suite.

Sewer smell

I don’t know if it had to do with the time of the year but the smell of sewer in the bathroom was overpowering. There was an air freshener in there but honestly it just made the whole thing worse. To be fair you could smell sewage outside at various points in the Palazzo Vecchio/ Ponte Vecchio neighborhood so I don’t think the problem was isolated to the specific apartment. The location and views are amazing but sadly did not compensate for the smell. Also the shower is small (expected) but there is also no shelf or anything to put stuff like shampoo etc so you have to keep it out on the sink and open the shower door to get what you need.

L'appartamento è come da descrizione: pulito, moderno, ben arredato e ben accessoriato. Ha anche smart TV e la connessione WiFi . La posizione è perfetta, accanto a Ponte Vecchio, agli Uffizi , ad un paio di minuti a piedi da piazza della Signoria. Comodo ai servizi. Lo consiglio! Una vacanza perfetta!
