Golden Florence is a bright and welcoming apartment of 95 m2.
Just four steps from the center - Uffizi, Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria - passing through Via Gioberti - with quick access to the city center with many shops, bars and restaurants.
The Arno river is also just around the corner, where you can walk and have an aperitif.
The neighborhood is safe but lively.
You are welcome!!
The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances, including a washing machine.
Perfect for couples, groups of friends and families.
The apartment is spacious (95 m2), very bright and completely renovated, it is located on the 4th floor of a nice building with lift, for a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
The bus stop is under the house and, if you want to go by bus, you can get to the center of Florence in no more than 10 minutes.
Easily reachable by car (A1 motorway exit Firenze Sud), the apartment has also a convenient covered public car park nearby, in Piazza Alberti, 46. Always opened.
20 minutes walk from the Historic Center, 900 meters from Campo di Marte Station.

Florence by the Arno

The property was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the A/C a lifesaver. The host met us at check-in and had some excellent information about local dining. I would highly recommend.
