Es una habitación muy incómoda,al ingresar se sienten olores muy dedagradables, el techo muy bajito , colchones horrorosos, sucios mal olor, nos causó alergia en la piel, tenían una especie de bichos que nos ocasionaron esta reacción alérgica, no pudimos dormir en las 2 noches de estancia

No pierdan su dinero y tiempo aquí! Para empezar unos días antes mandé mensajes por la plataforma y por vrbo que es en la plataforma que realmente está y no me contestaron, también mandé email y tampoco contestaron. Llegó el día de mi hospedaje y estuve afuera y marque al número que me proporcionaron y nadie contestó, mandé mensaje, mandé email y NADA, después hablé Expedia y a Vrbo y tuvieron que hacerme un reembolso ya que estaba ahí y me quedé sin hospedaje en Florencia y tuve que comprar en otro hotel. Malisimo!

Close to the center of the city, but it was extremely small and not very comfortable. The walls were also very thin, the noise from the other rooms felt like it was inside our own. It is located in the fifth floor, with only stairs to go up, so that's another consideration.

Good

Clean, quiet, in an excellent location. Had some problems with communication and check in which the host says has never happened before but didn't make my experience any less frustrating. A five floor walk up carrying heavy bags didn't help either. 🙂

Cheap but rough

Apt. Is on the third floor and bed is up in loft, (fourth floor) up narrow staircase. Ceilings are high so we carried four suitcases up about 5 normal flights. I'm not used to VRBO type promises so having to coordinate check in while traveling was difficult. No information ahead of time. Cooking is impossible. No soap, no toilet paper. Probably fine for a 21 yr old single backpacker. Bed, was nice and location fantastic.

San Lorenzo

A cozy little niche, hidden away from the general hustle of the city. Close enough to easily access everything one would wish to see and do, but secluded enough to not be bothered by the sounds of a city around you. Very enjoyable time and would happily return.

El apartamento: La cama es cómoda. La ducha es pequeña y está rota la mampara. La habitación está en la planta de arriba y no tiene puerta. Hay un ruido durante toda la noche en la planta de abajo que como tengas el sueño ligero no te permite dormir. Saltaron los plomos en cuanto pusimos la vitro (sin tener nada más encendido que la luz de la cocina) y no pudimos contactar con nadie para que nos lo solucionaran. Estuvimos toda la noche sin luz en la casa, sin cenar, sin cargar móviles, sin nevera, etc. y nadie se digno a ponerse en contacto con nosotros cuando al día siguiente vieron llamadas perdidas a las 22:00h. NO VOLVERÍA

close to sites

As other reviews state, this apartment has a tiny shower and steep narrow stairs and is great if you are prepared and capable. We did not need AC, appreciated the clothes washing machine and there is a laundry across the street. Had everything we needed.

Overall the communication was very poor between the property management company and us. We had to reach out to get check in details and even for this was a bit a mission as there was no number or email provided upon booking, nor would they answer the VRBO in-app messages until 18hrs before the check in. After arriving in Florence we went to the address listed in the add only to be told that we are at the wrong place. Turns out the owner has 2+ properties under one listing but they only give you one address. Along with this, the other rental unit was completely different to the pictures in the add. This wasn’t a big issue as we could walk to the proper address and the other unit was in good working condition and clean. Location is good too and you can walk everywhere. Just a heads up to any future renters a proactive communication approach is required before hand and it would be worth double checking which unit you have rented.

So many Stairs

The location was great but so many stairs to get to it he apartment. The best was the strong Air Conditioner which made us happy. It’s basic and if you don’t mind 5 flights, I would recommend for the location and A/C

Central location with everything that you need

We (two people) spent four nights at the appartment. The appartment is located very central and the pictures on the website are accurate. For people who like to cook for themselves the kitchen equipment is not perfect but we cooked there several times and it worked very well. The bedroom is really cozy and is located under the roof, you reach it by going up a few stairs from the kitchen. The walls are rather thin, so you should be comfortable with hearing the neighbours from time to time. Regarding the communication with the hosts, we advise you to call them if you get no reply on the Whatsapp messages as it was the case for us. On the phone the communication was very easy and we could even check-in earlier than described on the website. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and can fully recommend the appartment.

Great location - close to Centro + SMN Terminal; nice clean fresh condo; light and spacious with comfortable bed and hot forceful shower; good, attentive service; ease of access; triple-level security; well-stocked kitchenette + washing-machine (a self-laundry is just around the corner for use of a dryer, if needed); many other tourists around neighborhood, so no feeling of danger.
