「We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed...

「A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving truly outstanding dishes. A wonderful experience overall.」

「The hotel had everything you need and was recently constructed so in great shape. In all my travels around the world, I have not met a more friendly group of staff. They literally did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「This property is run by a wonderful family. It is being renovated and updated too. Very close to everything. The staff are helpful with any questions you may have. The sea view from the terrace is incredible. Highly recommended.」

「The pool was excellent. Bar & restaurant on site. Great location with parking.」

「Will never go there again!!!」

「Nice and quiet, very accommodating staff.」

「The hotel is conveniently located and close to the main bus terminal and the amazing old Venetian harbour. The room was clean and tidy. The choices of food for breakfast were adequate.」

「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「This is a super nice hotel. The room is clean and bright. The towels are good to use. Nice sunset view from the balcony. Super helpful staffs. A MUST hotel for our trip to Chania.」

「Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.」

「Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「離公車總站近，飯店服務人員很熱情，大致上算舒適方便」
