「Really outstanding, beautiful property. Wish I could have stayed forever!」

「Sadly it is currently a building site. It is difficult to enjoy a place when all you can hear are noisy machines and workmen banging. My room wasn't ready when I arrived so I was made to move part way through my holiday. My terrace was overlooked by workmen on scaffolding so I couldn't relax outside. 「Acceptable for the purpose of my stay 」

「The best thing about this hotel was the staff- very polite, helpful and friendly. I wish this was the standard around the world. A very big thank you to you all for looking after us. We stayed in the new part of the building- which unfortunately is still being built. The food is amazing- Breakfast lunch dinner à la carte- very delicious. Hot tub in some of the rooms/bathroom-did not try. Overall the hotel is in a very good location and deserves the 5*.」

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!」

「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best.
