Imovel excelente, mas devido ao feriado de final de ano os Ingleses estava lotada e a estrutura é complicado.

Imóvel completo e muito bem localizado.

O imóvel é ideal para casais. Estava limpo e organizado. Conta com toda a estrutura descrita no anúncio. A localização é especial. Verdadeiro imóvel "pé na areia". Dispõe de mercados, restaurantes, bares e bancos nas suas proximidades. Estadia maravilhosa. Obrigado Frederico.

Muy bueno el dto. Muy completo y muy bien cuidado y mantenido. Muy limpio. El único problema es q la cochera q le corresponde es pequeña por lo menos para nosotros q tenemos camioneta pero se puede dejar el vehículo afuera en el estacionamiento q hay vigilancia toda la noche. El dto tiene todas las comodidades para 2 o 3 personas(Nosotros fuimos 3). Altamente recomendable, y frente al mar!!! Muy, muy bueno.

Tudo muito limpo , a recepção , educação , segurança , roupas de cama limpa e cheirosa, cadeiras , guarda sol . A unica coisa que devia ter apenas na hora que agente entra é detergente de louça , esponja e papel higiênico ... No mais tudo perfeito irei voltar sim mais vezes. Parabéns nota 1000

Còmodo, seguro, pràctico, muy cerca del mar, apto para todas las edades.

El único inconveniente es la cochera; es muy reducida de tamaño y casi imposible acomodar autos que no sean pequeños. Este detalle; hace que se evite sacar el auto todas las veces que a uno le gustaría.

Nós simplesmente amamos o apartamento! Exatamente como mandaram as fotos! Tudo em perfeito funcionamento e muito completo! O Sr. Frederico sempre atencioso no Whats e e-mails. Com certeza voltaremos e divulgaremos o apartamento, sem falar do pessoal do prédio, pois nos sentimos em casa. Acordar e ver aquele mar lindo, não tem preço!

Perfeita localização

Ótimo apartamento com saida direta para a praia, cozinha bem equipada, tv com vários canais, boa internet, dispoem de muitas toalhas de banho e roupa de cama, não sendo necessário levar nada. O único ponto negativo é a garagem que e bem apertada e exige bastante habilidade do motorista, fora isso o apartamento e ótimo. Negociação tranquila e confiável. Super recomendo.

Apartamento muito bom e de frente para a praia.

Apartamento muito bom, limpo, de frente para a praia, com cozinha equipada, internet rápida e atendendo muito bem as nossas necessidades. Ótimo apartamento, exatamente como descrito no anúncio, muito bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha novos, local aconchegante e tranquilo, com bela vista para o mar. Já estivemos nele por três vezes, recomendo sem sombra de dúvida, um excelente local para se hospedar e ter bons dias de férias. O proprietário Frederico sempre muito atencioso e gentil, da mesma forma também a Dona Neiva, que nos recebeu e atendeu muito bem. A única sugestão que deixo seria disponibilizar um colchão de solteiro a mais no apartamento (dois ao invés de um), visto que a bicama da sala é um pouco dura, no mais, tudo ótimo! Agradecemos sr. Frederico e pretendemos voltar em nossas próximas férias. ;)

Excelente! Em uma localização ótima, em uma área familiar e bem segura! Apartamento melhor do que descrito nas fotos, com todos os itens indicados, tudo em ótimo estado! Minha família adorou, e todos ficamos muito bem acomodados. O Sr. Frederico foi muito atencioso, educado e preocupado em atender da melhor forma possível. Foi tudo perfeito, recomendo e voltarei mais vezes!
