The hotel is modern and well equipped. The breakfast was good although a little disjointed in display. The egg station was very good but when looking for the normal items such as Bacon, beans etc there were none. Only when leaving did I notice they were on a different island on their own. I only stayed 1 night so those staying longer will have no problem. There are no items in the bathroom such as comb etc but when I asked for a shaving kit it was available. The hotel is remote and you need a taxi to go anywhere but these were readily available. Enjoyed the stay and the service offered.

First time staying at a Hilton hotel. Upon booking I already encountered problems. Hotels.com shows airport pickup to be 36 CNY per way which was great because we were arriving at 9:20pm at night. When I asked hotels.com cx service operator they said I needed to book my pickup through Hilton. After emailing them of my flight details and requested pickup they were came back charging me 650 CNY for one way pick up from airport to hotel. This was such an inconvenient to us we were shocked by the high amount! They said that the 36 CNY quoted on the website was for a bus which had many stops before it would get to their hotel. This was certainly not something we wanted to do because we were arriving late in the night. Make sure you check with both hotels.com and hotel about extra prices like transfers etc to ensure the price quoted is clear on both ends. Other than that mishap the hotel itself was great. Loved the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was quite far from Canton Fair which is the reason we went to China. It’s about a 30min drive but Hilton does provide shuttle bus which is good. The price for buffet is quite expensive. More expensive than other hotels we’ve stayed at, but maybe this is because it’s an international hotel.
