「Excelente」

「First I rented an ocean veiw room and it wasn't. The check in code was wrong. Room had many spider webs. Mattress was stained. Pool was dirty. Pool area was barely lighted. Door barely closed to room.」

「Good location, restaurant is walking distance from hotel, parking, good air conditioner and fridge.」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」

「The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back.」

「Great Location」

Furthermore, the dishwasher was leaking heavily. Several essential amenities were completely out of order: only one of the two TVs worked, the Wi-Fi failed despite...

「Great efficiency」

「Poor communication. No details provided on the stay like where the unit was located or how to turn on the spa. No trash bags provided paper towels & Tiolet paper were very cheap. Location was ideal and surrounding area was clean and quiet. Definitely could use better attention to details..」
