“Booked premium beachfront king suite 40 days in advance. Confirmed the day before and when we got there we were given a double queen bed suite. Disappointed ”

“The rooms and property were clean and comfortable. The staff were respectful, kind, and accommodating. The beach and pool were close and made it convenient for kids to jump from pool to beach. We loved our stay”

“Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.”

“We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. ”
