“The oceanfront room we had was very large, towels were sparse, we did not get a parking pass upon check in, breakfast was good but most areas were hard to navigate. Coffee, sausage & potato’s ran out but I didn’t wait for them to be replenished. The hotel sat right next to the airport but it wasn’t an issue. All in all it was a good stay but very pricey.”

“Not all the rooms that say have a roll in shower actually do. The swimming pool wheelchair lift does not work. The rooms that have roll in showers are nice but not Junior Suites.”

“The stay was...OK my Toilet was running and would not stop. Then the AC was not working so the room was very warm. The front desk said they sent someone in to fix the AC while we were out, but it still did not work. Check out was the worst part. I prepaid for the stay through Expedia $527.41 then I was billed $395.27 and then another $420.75 using the card I put on file for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for. When I contacted the manager at the hotel, she was very rude and just said……

“Although I’d love to give this hotel 5 stars due to the price I paid per night, I cannot. One, the property needs better maintenance, the common areas need to be cleaned more often, there was tons of iguana poop by the pool, it was nasty; the bathrooms by the beach and lobby we’re disgusting; the first room we were given looked like a room at a motel - very outdated, dark & ugly.
