「This house was so well equipped! There was not a single amenity overlooked! Plush towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, coffee supplies, spices and seasonings, paper products, games, books, you name it! The decor was so much fun. 「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. 」
