「We were wonderfully welcomed as if we were celebrity. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and spacious with very clean bathroom and excellent shower. Breakfast is great in a cosy room with tasty food. The staff were excellent and helpful. Nicole treated us with lots of love and kindness . Overall an excellent experience for us. We will be back and will highly recommend」

「Staff are helpful and explain clearly.」

Was top!」

「Very good position for the visit of the city」

「Everything was perfect.」

「Staff are helpful and friendly and good location 」

「The location is great and the room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff.」

「the staffs were helpful and polite very good facilities」

「The reciception was kind with very professional attitude when we checked in, rooms were clean and tidy but the hot water supplement was not in well circumstance sometimes. Also the air conditioning was not good in ground floor. However, I still highly recommend to live here, it's quite convenient to get to any tourist hot spots with good price for your vacation in Brugge.」
