Lovely place for holidays

The Housekeeper was very open, caring and helpful, with plenty recommendations for trips, nice places, food etc. The House was perfect for our Family needs with 3 Kids. The area ist really nice with lovely beaches around If you don't mind to drive litte distances. WE really enjoyed our Holidays here.

Aufenthalt bei Nicola Ferrini

We stayed at Nicola's house for a week in September 2022. The house is completely renovated and offers everything you need. 3 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms/toilets. Nicola was very helpful and gave us great tips on places to eat and places to visit. Nearby, about 3 - 5 minutes away, are shops. Penny, Spar, Liedl... The beach and the center are about 15 minutes away on foot. We can recommend the accommodation, it really offers everything.

Aspettative soddisfatte

L’abitazione si trova in zona tranquilla e sicura. A piedi sono raggiungibili i supermercati. Io e mio marito abbiamo approfittato per camminare la mattina presto verso il centro e il mare godendo della frescura e del panorama. C’è molto verde e il mare pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato con nostro figlio e le due nonne. Ogni ambiente della casa è dotato di condizionatore perfettamente funzionante e c’è tutto ció che serve. Proprietario disponibile e presente al bisogno. Consigliamo senza dubbio questa struttura!

Una vacanza con un host superlativo

Ho potuto apprezzare la gradevolezza della casa e soprattutto la gentilezza dell'host attraverso le immagini e i resoconti dei nostri amici, in quanto per un improvviso problema di salute non sono potuta partire; la casa era molto comoda e pulita, vicina al mare e al centro, un ottimo punto di partenza per delle magnifiche gite in una delle terre più belle del mondo: grazie!!

Probemloser Aufenthalt in Follonica - sehr netter Vermieter

10 Tage haben waren wir mit 4 Personen in dem Haus. Eine Doppelhaushälfte die sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist mit neuen Möbeln und sehr sauber. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Drei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zentrum von Follonica war in 10 bis 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, zum Strand etwa 20 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hat uns verschiedene Tipps, Restaurant etc. für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem Haus, weil das Gesamtpaket gestimmt hat - gerne wieder! Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Badeurlaub

Perfekte Kommunikation mit Nicola, wir haben das Haus sauber übernommen. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, 600 Meter zum Strand und Abends zur Flaniermeile. Ein Lidl und Penny sind direkt neben dem Haus und ermöglichen somit jederzeit einen Kurzeinkauf.Die Klimanlage war im Hochsommer sehr angenehm.

Unkompliziert und alles da was man braucht

Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die ganze Familie, inklusive Hund haben Platz. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zentral gelegen, ob zum Meer, zu diversen Restaurants oder zum Supermarkt, alles ist zu Fuß oder noch besser mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt war es ein ganz toller Urlaub! :) Die Lage vom Haus ist genial. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super, sehr nah und eine grosse Auswahl. Der Strand sowie das Zentrum sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten mit Terrasse ist ein Träumchen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Er hatte uns gute Tipps bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Strände und Restaurants zukommen lassen. Jederzeit würde ich wieder bei ihm buchen :)

Wir waren mit Hund für 2 Wochen Anfang Oktober in Follonica. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, die Lage perfekt (nah an verschiedenen Stränden aber auch der Innenstadt) und das Wetter gestaltete sich bombastisch (2 Wochen Sonne). Die ganze Familie war begeistert. Was will man mehr?

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus

In einem Wohngebiet unter Einheimischen, kann man es sich in dieser Doppelhaushälfte gemütlich machen. Mit dem Fahrrad, ist der Strand wie auch viele Restaurants im Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir sehr geschätzt, in der Küche ist alles da was man braucht. Die zwei Bäder sind komfortabel wenn man zu viert ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert, Nicola war jederzeit erreichbar. Danke, dass wir unsere Ferien da verbringen durften.

Urlaub zum entspannen

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung in Folloncia aufzufinden. Nebenan gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, der Strand in circa 20 Minuten. In der Umgebung (circa 30 Minuten Fahrtweg) gibt es zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und ruhigere Strände. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer darauf aus, das es seinen Mietern gut geht. Informationen rund um Follonica, wie auch gute Restaurants hat man per WhatsApp erhalten. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir bedanken uns sehr für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Urlaub mit der Familie in Follonica

Wir hatten das Objekt für eine Woche gebucht. Das Objekt liegt, wie beschrieben, in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung und war auch leicht zu finden. Wir fanden ein Haus vor, welches mit Allen ausgestattet war was man benötigt um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Einzig, man mußte sich an den Straßenlärm gewöhnen. Wir haben uns in diesem Objekt sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Haus sehr sauber. Besitzer war auch sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfreich. In der Treppe tum 1. Stock wäre ein Handlauf angebracht besonders für Ältere. Liegestuhl wäre ein zweiter oder mehr auch sinnvoll. Sonst alles top.

Super Urlaub in der Toskana

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, grosszügig und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand können gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Vermieter Nicola Ferini ist sehr nett und hat uns sehr gute Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vorallem auch zu Bike-Trails und den Stränden in der Umgebung gegeben.

Italien Urlaub🇮🇹

Gebucht wurde von uns laut seinerzeitigem Inserat ein freistehendes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Bedauerlicherweise ist das nicht der Fall gewesen da es sich hierbei um eine Doppelhaus Hälfte (nebenan war hörbar während unseres Urlaubs eine Familie mit Kleinkind) handelt zudem gelegen an einem Kreisverkehr und dahinter ein Supermarkt. Leider war es dadurch überwiegend oftmals sehr laut für uns. Das war von uns so nicht gewünscht auch nicht gebucht und auch nicht so angenehm für uns.
