Welcome to the best of Folly Beach! Lounge in the hammock on the spacious front porch and enjoy beautiful views of Morris Island Lighthouse and glorious sunsets over the Folly River. Sunbathe, crab, fish and dolphin watch from the dock with floating dock. Boat, sail, jet ski, kayak and swim in the river. Walk 2 short blocks to the beach to enjoy the waves and sand! Papa's Paradise offers everything anyone could want in an island vacation. Additionally, you are just 11 blocks from the fun and shopping of Center Street and a mere 20 minutes from the history, charm, and beauty of historic downtown Charleston.

Our 3 story house has 3 large bedrooms and 3 baths. The main living space is on the second and third floors. The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, has a king sized bed, huge walk-in closet, and separate vanity and bath area. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs on the third floor and connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom, each with its own private vanity with sink. One bedroom has a king sized bed, and the other has 2 double beds.

A spacious living room overlooks a large porch and the amazing Folly River. This front porch is complete with a family dining table, hammock, rocking chairs, and sofa area.
Connected is a large, family-style dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a 2nd, smaller porch off of the dining room with a table for al fresco dining.

The living room has two large sofas, one of which pulls out to a queen bed, 2 recliners, a large TV, and lots of family games, toys, puzzles and books.

The front porch connects to both the living room and primary bedroom and comes complete with a hammock for reading, napping, or just hanging out. Also located on the front porch is a sofa area, rocking chairs, and a table for dining by the river.

Feel free to bring your own boat, kayaks, paddleboards, or jet skis as well.

There are numerous rentals available on Folly for golf carts, bikes, and other water sports. We've added lots of recommendations to our hospitality page. We also provide Wi-fi, cable TV, video/DVD players, and a charcoal grill.
