Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic House and Location

The house is very spacious and has a large open floor plan with multiple patios for people to spread out. We had a great time staying here and the proximity to the beach made it easy for us to go back and forth. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

Amazing stay!!

The house was amazing for our group of 8!! Everything was pristine, the screened in patio was so nice to relax on without worrying about bugs. The 3rd bedroom with 3 beds was also surprisingly spacious. 3 minute walk to the beach was perfect. We did end up renting golf carts in town as the walk to restaurants/bars was about a mile. Would highly recommend!

Stayed one week, wish we could have stayed longer. Beatiful stylish property very conveniently located - 2 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minute walk to Center Street. Plenty of space for all the family, good wifi (important with teenage daughters), excellent amenities. First time visitors from the UK but If we have opportunity to visit again, we would look for this property. Highly recommended. Thank you for the use of the property.

Beautiful house with good location

Absolutely beautiful house with great porches. Fantastic kitchen/bar/living room area. The master is a dream with big temperpedic king bed and jacuzzi tub. I would not call the 3rd bedroom a “bedroom” because it doesn’t have a door and the room is not closed off. The grill needs to be deep cleaned for sure.

Great location!

Loved the house! Everything was clean and lots of places to hang out. The screened in porch was our favorite! 5 minute walk to the beach. We walked to restaurants, about 15 minutes. We did drive down to restaurants too. Parking not too bad during the week. Beach was not crowded The closer you get to restaurant area to rent, the more crowded the beach is. This area was perfect!

A Gem Just a Short Wally to Beach

The home was beautiful. Loved the spacious kitchen and beautiful decks. Ate at a different table every night. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. It’s a place like one we’d love to buy one day. Only issues were as follows: middle burner of stove didn’t work so touch to boil pasta, dryer took 3 hours as poor exhaust engineering. Technician came out to evaluate but of course couldn’t be fixed immediately.

Great house!

This was the perfect size home for our family vacation. Plenty of room for us all, and the accommodations were clean, modern, and provided everything we needed for a week long stay. Loved having our morning coffee on one of the many porches to choose from :) Just a short walk to the beach too. Couldn't have asked for a better set up for our stay.

Great newer house for Folly. Short walk to beach. I’d still rent a golf cart. Close enough to center street as well.
