You can't get much closer to the Ocean then this private home located at 1569 East Ashley, Folly Beach SC. "Making Waves" is the perfect choice for anyone looking for spectacular sunrises, dolphin viewing off the deck, toes in the sand just mere steps off the private deck and a tranquil stretch of beach to explore. All new windows installed in March of 2018. Ocean side windows are now floor to ceiling! Views are breathtaking!

"Making Waves" is a spacious and open home with spectacular views! The living area, kitchen and dining room are all ocean facing....making you feel as if you are on the beach even when in the home. This home is three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 guests. Eight guests at any time is the maximum capacity for this home. We are dog friendly. Only 1 dog per reservation allowed. Pet fee is $25 per day.

We absolutely loved this beautiful house on the beach. The views were amazing! House was in a great location and very clean. We booked for next year already because we had such a great stay! Would 100% recommend this house if you plan on going to Folly.

The perfect beach house that allows you to step out your door and on to the beach. ( with your dog! ) Super clean and well equipped. Love the new deck and stairs. We stay here often!

Spring Break

Great location at the quiet end of Folly Beach. You can't get any closer to the beach without being in the water. The house had starters for all paper products and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The floor length family room windows kept the beach feel alive on our 1 rainy day.

Annual Girls Beach Trip

Fabulous little house right on the beach! Steps right off the deck directly onto beach. Great view of the ocean from the living room. Excellent location and home for all ages. Definitely plan on renting again.

Practically in the ocean!

You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this property. We spent time here with my mother who loves the beach and seeing the ocean. She was able to enjoy even when we had rain with the full length windows and prime location.

Best Folly Vacay Ever!

We are locals from the Charleston area and have gone on our family staycation to Folly for the past 6-7 years and this was our favorite house we have ever had. The pictures don't do it justice. We loved how open the kitchen/living space was with massive windows that provided a great view. The outside deck was also amazing! Almost didn't want to go sit down on the beach because the deck was so close! We will be back next year!

Folley First Timers

We were in town for two soccer games in the area and jumped on the opportunity to stay at the beach. Folley Beach is fantastic, however I wouldn’t go during peak season; too peoplely for me! This house is legit on the beach and away from the downtown hustle and bustle, although a very simple bike ride or golf cart ride away. I would bring / rent bikes or a golf cart due to the significant lack of parking downtown. Just like any other beach town the no-see-umm were out in full force (yes even at this house). The house is simple and has everything you need. The gated deck was enjoyed thoroughly by our pups. We will definitely come back to the area and would consider this house again.

Beautiful stay near Folly Beach

When my gf and I walked into this property we were just blown away by the view of the beach and ocean. We literally sat there for the first day just watching the waves and hearing the ocean. It was very peaceful. It’s a great location with a short ride to down town Folly and Charleston. We were even invited to book a private boat tour by the owners! It was an amazing trip. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
