Beach respite from busy city

Our family had a wedding in Charleston, so we decided to make a mini vacation out of it and stayed in Folly Beach. What a beautiful beach island! The condo was spacious and well stocked, and had the MOSR amazing view of the ocean- a dream! Close to great restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Perfect island for families- east walk to the pier, and short ride to the lighthouse inlet. Will definitely be returning again!!

Wonderful stay on the beach on Folly

We spent a girls get away weekend here in May and it was perfect! The space, the location, and the deck is the best place for relaxing, cocktails, and morning coffee. Thank you!

Beautiful spot on Folly Beach

Don't hesitate to book this place! Great location within walking distance to the pier, restaurants and stores. Beautiful, clean condo with everything you may need. We didn't have kids with us, but they had everything you would need if you were visiting with kids including wagon and toys for the beach. We loved the beach view from the patio. Will definitely return.

Nice location near the beach

Great location near the beach. We will definitely try and stay here again. Three bedroom three bath was roomy and comfortable for our family. Not far from downtown, we drove around a lot and this location wasn't far from anything.

Folly Beach stay

Second time renting this location. Great location, across the road from the beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this location, we will use it again!!!

Best location in Folly Beach

Our family of 4 (two teen girls) enjoyed this place so much! This unit was so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. There was an abundance of towels, tp, etc. Had everything you need. We enjoyed meals on the lanai. Such a beautiful view! It was a quiet area just steps away from the beach and a block from the heart of town and the pier. We walked there frequently. Communication with management was very easy. Check in/out a breeze. We rented beach equipment that was delivered and picked up! A great convenience! We will definitely be back!

Great location!! Convenient to beach, restaurants and center street. Large bedrooms and nicely appointed. A few items needing repairs... (entry door lock, bathroom and dishwasher) Only put a 3 on the chk in process due to the entry door locks not working. Carolina one came right out to help though. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This unit was fantastic! Great location right across the street from the beach, one block from terrific bar and restaurant and two blocks from Center St. Unit was well appointed and had a very large deck looking at the ocean. Unit was well appointed and included an elevator as well. Mgt company great to work with, good communication. We will def be back!

Great place

We loved the condo.TV was a little ldifficult to get what you wanted to watch. Netflix would have been nice. Great view of the beach but they were refurbishing the sand so we sere blocked from getting to the beach. Our agency,Carolina One was great in assisting us that they made our stay wonderful. You will enjoy this condo.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first stay in Folly Beach and we had a lovely time. The unit was as advertised, and was actually bigger than we expected. The rooms were quiet (great for our toddler) and we loved the open kitchen/living room and balcony. They did have several pack n play cribs available, although it was not advertised. We had some minor plumbing issues that we resolved on our own, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay and we would come back again.

Perfect spot for our needs

Fantastic condo and great location right on Folly Beach! Easy walking distance to pier and other activities downtown. Condo was very spacious for our family of four, and most amenities included that were listed (only 1 extra garbage bag instead of three that was listed in description). Condo was clean. Patio was great and had a lot of seating options. The overhead light could use replacing however. Our beach rental equipment was right on time waiting for us. Thanks for a great experience!
