This property was perfect. Very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was extremely nice, close to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will be renting again.

Great family getaway

Our family had a great time on our vacation. The property manager was prompt to respond throughout the booking, re-booking (due to hurricane) and check-in process. The kids were so glad they still had access to the pool in Sept/Oct too! Walking to the beach, restaurant and shops was so easy, especially with the wagons provided by the property. Only notes for possible improvement was that the floors were dirty upon check-in and having a few more kitchen staples (like salt, coffee and a proper knife) would be nice!

A great getaway

Property was great! The location in Folly Beach is ideal for beachgoing. It's proximity to Charleston makes it great for touring the city. It's clean and well-kept. Very comfortable. The huge garage makes up for the parking restrictions imposed by the HOA. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Folly Beach.

Great location and view!

This unit was centrally located in Folly Beach. The furniture in the bedrooms and living room was great. The unit was nice, but I would suggest the owner/property managers provide more hangers, replace pots and pans, check the electrical wiring for the under cabinet lights in the kitchen, and replace the kitchen sink. It was the perfect size for our family.

Ideal for a young family!

Wonderful property, spacious and bunk beds were ideal for our two young children. Beach is a short walk with plenty to do in the area. Spent the week on Folly Beach then the last day in Charleston which is a very short ride. We discovered a great fresh seafood market and kitchen was ideal for cooking at night. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were fixed right away and management company was good to deal with (they also checked in upon arrival).
