Fabulous

We were a family group of 12 ranging in age from 20’s to 50’s and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We have never stayed in such a well equipped house and the outside space, pool and views were amazing. Thank you Claire and Kieran for being great hosts and making our stay perfect.

Fantastic holiday in a great house, the facilities were excellent and the house very well equipped. We were a family party of 12 adults, but the house, pool area and gardens were big enough to still feel spacious, with large dining areas inside and outside. The house would also be great for families with children. Claire and Kieran were very helpful, and always responded quickly to any queriesThe local towns, particularly Eymet and Bergerac are beautiful. Thank you!

Beautiful house in a stunning location

The villa served as the setting for a family celebration and 2 week hoiday. The surroundings were picturesque, the villa fantastically accomodating for our group of adults and young children, and the hosts, Claire and Kieran, went above and beyond in looking after us during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking to visit the area and will no doubt be back again soon ourselves. 10/10

Fantastic villa in a beautiful and peaceful location with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. Claire and Kieran have put a lot of time and love into ensuring their guests have well-equipped and beautiful surroundings. They are amazing hosts ensuring you have a relaxing holiday. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and utensils to enable large groups to be catered for with ease. Lots of fridge and freezer space and lovely areas to eat and socialise both inside and out! Two BBQs made cooking outside easy and 8 bedrooms with quality bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay for the whole group. We were aged from 5 to 87 and everyone had a wonderful time. We were able to socialise and find quiet spaces in the corners of the large garden when needed.Relaxing by the large well maintained pool with gorgeous views, playing pétanque on the pitch, using the games room with table tennis, darts, badminton, table football etc or out visiting the beautiful villages, wine tasting at the chateau’s or cycling/running through the countryside gave options for everyone to enjoy themselves. Bakery in the village and supermarket in Eymet was a 7 minute drive away, so no problem stocking up on provisions. Plenty of restaurants and all other facilities in the very pretty Eymet (7 min) and Bergerac (20 min).We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and were so well looked after. Thank you so very much Claire and Kieran!

Geriatric Reunion

Magnificent. Lovely house and grounds, carefully restored, genuine 8-bed ensuite, in delightful setting with easy access to the Dordogne. The house is well provisioned with the essentials - crockery, cutlery, kitchen and cooking equipment. We were a party of eleven and we much appreciated and enjoyed our time there.

The best villa in the area

As an extended family we take a yearly group trip to France. I am so pleased we found this place. Everything is as it is listed on the website with many elements better than expected. Great hosts who were able to help with questions or requests and even met its at the property at 05:30 a.m. on our day of departure to see us off. Can't recommend this property enough, (I don't normally say this) but we will definitely be looking to revisit in years to come.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property. The house has eight en-suite bedrooms all decent size and well furnished. Bathrooms are modern. The grounds are beautiful with an enormous heated pool. The owners were a delight and very responsive, a shower head broke and Kieran was there within ten minutes fixing it. The house is a short drive to Eymet and Bergerac. We rarely revisit a house this is one we hope to.

Our perfect 3 generation family holiday

An Excellent property; spacious, well equipped and maintained, not to mention beautiful. An ideal location, quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of all amenities and attractions; that is if you can drag yourself away from the garden and poolside. Keiran and Claire looked after us very well; we have rented properties in France since 1981 and have never before had our empty bottles taken to the bottle bank for us! We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this property.

Friends and Family Summer '24

Ten of us (two families with three kids each) had a very enjoyable stay at this wonderful property in a fantastic location. Despite the fact the kids are now all adults there was ample room for us all and we were left wanting for nothing in this well equipped, spacious and meticulously maintained property. Our hosts were warm and friendly, the house was spotless, and the games room, generously sized pool and magnificent views meant we were happy to spend several days just lounging around the property. On the days we decided to venture out, there was plenty to do and see in the area without having to travel too far. Would highly recommend for larger groups / families.
