"The hotel claims airport shuttles run every half hour. The morning shuttle to the airport was on time but pickup in the afternoon from the airport only happened when we called the hotel. Parking is also available at the hotel, but they don’t tell you until you check in you have to pay to park overnight. The listing states that rollaway beds are free, I even called the front desk ahead of time and asked about getting one. When we arrived the front desk told us there is a charge for that as well. I pointed out the listing and that I had spoken to the front desk who said nothing about a charge, the desk person kept saying I talked to corporate until finally admitting he knew I spoke with the morning person who did make a note in the system. He said he would still charge us and I could dispute the charge later if I wanted. Wouldn’t even give us a plastic fork to eat door dash with. Photos are old, hotel is very dated and loud. Safety latch on the door was falling off. Close to the airport but there are a lot of hidden fees, it’s run down, and they don’t tell you unless you ask you have to be on the list for the shuttle or you may not get on."

"Best deal in Portland. Very clean, great staff, convenient location. You will not find any luxuries but you also won’t be paying for them. They have warm cookies in the morning and fruit, coffee, and tea in the lobby all of the time. We stay here often and it never disappoints. "
