“This is incredibly frustrating, my flight was delayed, even though I had paid a deposit on the room, I got in 12 hours later than expected. When I checked in, they told me that they not only charged me, but that they gave my room away. Neither a refund nor solution was given. So not helpful, I called Expedia and they told me it was up to the discretion of the hotel.
NOT A VERY GOOD AREA, either.
I believe it was the owner who is at the front desk, so word to the wise… STAY AWAY”
