“I had much higher expectations for this hotel. I had seen mixed reviews but decided to stay optimistic. The hotel itself seems quite modern and had nice decor but I was very disappointed with our room. The room was very humid, the carpet was wet and the room had a chemical cleaner smell. It was obvious that there had recently been a mess on the carpet and instead of closing the room and having it be properly cleaned they had put us in this room. I am so glad we only stayed there one night but I……

“We stayed here several years ago and the property was much cleaner and nicer. The property is in need of some renovations as the carpet in the room and lobby were very dirty. There were holes in the wallpaper, the tile floor in the bathroom was moldy. The hallways and rooms smelled very musty and overall dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet for sleeping; the staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was good; there was a waffle iron, ideal for children, with potatoes, tortillas, and bread, as well as other options, coffee, and a variety of juices and fruits. There was a problem with the shower: only hot and lukewarm water came out, not cold. It was hot during the day, and a cold shower should have been essential. Also, they were finishing cleaning the carpets, and……

“We stayed here for two nights. Check in was fast. Walmart is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Our room had a weird damp smell. I wonder if the smell was due to the moisture in the air or not. The room and bathroom were neat and clean. We had a rental car so we drove to nearby restaurants. No restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was not a bad experience.”
