“They were all okay, except the refrigerator, the freezer had frozen ice in it, you couldn’t break it out.”

“We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Wilmington, NC and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful with a modern design and stylish furnishings that create a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room kitchen was a great feature. Having filtered water available was also a nice bonus. The front desk staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and daily interactions enjoyable. There……

“The check in is easy, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and everything is clean. A very substantial breakfast - this will be my go-to hotel in Wilmington. ”

“The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach.”

“Breakfast area closed at 9 am and my daughter and I were there at 8:50 am and we were told things like pancake batter was gone. Machine for juice and water were tuned off and turned back on for the one type of juice that was left and water. I felt like this was a huge inconvenience by the staff member. I don’t think clean up and not providing food anymore should take place until a little after 9 if that is the cut off time. ”

“We came here for a dance competition for our daughter. The location was great with access to plenty of food places. The room was a good size for the four of us. The breakfast was okay, wish there was more variety but overall good if you wanted to grab something quick. Like I said it's close to plenty of food options. Kids loved the saltwater pool and the fitness center was good too”
