“Absolutely wonderful stay. We were made to feel so welcome and well cared for. After letting the team know about our special dietary requirements (gluten-free), the manager was outstanding in ensuring we were fully accommodated — to the point that the service surpassed what I’ve experienced in some so-called 5-star hotels. “ Absolutely loved this place. The decor was rustic, quirky with some steam punk thrown in. The atmosphere was relaxing and Helen and John were so welcoming and friendly.
