“Nothing was good!!! The worst part was that we had to go to other hotel because we felt insecure there. The lock of my door was broken and the door remained almost open. We booked a room for 5 person and and only had space for 4. There was not chance to change to other room. We put a claim with Expedia to refund our money.”

“It was good most of the staff where very helpful but I had got there early about 3 hours before check really tired and the lady kept telling me no rooms were available didn’t check didn’t bother so we had to sit on the couch then tells me we weren’t allowed to sit there more than 15 min but then a guy very helpful front desk dude came and gave me an ultimatum he said he would help clean a room fast and made an effort and got it done even though I had to pay a fee for coming early which was about……

“The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. ”

“Definitely an active drug trade zone. There was drug trafficking and prostitution happening right at the hotel. Staff doesn’t care. Said 15$ pet fee charged us 18$ cash which didn’t make sense. Definitely not worth the price , also asked for a non smoking room and got one with burn holes in the blanket and cigarette burns on the tub Booked a King Non Smoking room but the front desk man is giving out rooms under the table for cash so we ended up getting a room with 2 tiny ass beds. Won’t be going……
