「Hotel staff is very nice, mindful and quick response! I asked for a pot of hot water, they can send it over within 15 mins. Breakfast is very delicious (plata of ham, bread, yogurt) and of course the hotel view is awesome. However, you can think about other restaurants for dinner.」

Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. 「Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. 」
